Your technician Alex came to my condo both yesterday and today (Oct 14, 2017) to fix several items after the fall maintenance inspection He was efficient, courteous, and very helpful in explaining everything to me from the repairs to costs to maintaining and using the items afterward Alex is one of the best technicians I've had from ME Flow, and I have used ME Flow service continuously for years since and also from 1897-

M.EFlow's business must be booming They are so busy, they can not allocate resources to figure out what services they already have scheduled so they can honor the new commitments they makeI was told to have my worker on standby for hours on Monday afternoon and wait for their call All I was promised was "sometime in the afternoon" they would have a technician there to begin service on one of our ton units Fair enoughI called in the morning to make sure I was on their scheduleI was told yes, have your man on standbyAt 3:I called to make sure we were still on their scheduled My number was takenA representative would call me back Never a good thing Sure enough, I was called back and informed "someone called out sick"They would not be able to get to meIf they said someone got sick or hurt on the job, that would be more plausibleThey would justify not being able to send someone out But "someone called out sick" is not an excuse at 3:in the afternoon for a scheduled afternoon service call, confirmed at 8:in the morningSo after 3:in the afternoon, promoted by my phone call, they decide they do not have the resources to meet the commitment they made the previous Friday beforeI was asked if they could rescheduleI agreed They rescheduled for two days later in the afternoonAgain I was not given a time, simply the afternoon time period and told to have someone on standbyI called that morning to make sure I was on the schedule I was assured I wasAt 3:I called to make sure they would get to meI was told I was the next location for the technician At 3:I was called and told they would not be able to get to me Could they reschedule, this time for a morning service call instead of the afternoon so they could start the day with me! How is that for allocating resourcesThey missed a contract for 6, ton units They missed the initial job of $2,to $3,conservative estimated repairI would not recommend M.EFlow, Inc to service my car air conditioner, much less the HVAC for two buildings

Very exceptional servicePlaced a call on December 31, for no heat and was told I would receive a call with in an hourCall was received and a technician was dispatchedOnce David C*** arrived at the resident he assessed the situation ran multiple test to determine the cause of no heatOnce David C*** rest the system on the furnace, the heat kickedDavid C*** waited to make sure the heat got up to the temp set on the thermostat before leavingDavid C*** was very personal and knowledgeable

Company calls and says its time for our annual heating inspectionThen, three months later sends me a bill saying it is overdue and I need to pay for itThey gave a impression that this inspection was part of our annual, existing contractThe gal on the phone, I think her name was Kendal was extraordinarily rudeShe lectured me about how they were absolutely due the money because she has my name, address and phone numberI'm not sure how that entitles someone to get paidOf course you have my name, address and phone numberI WAS your customer, but she has made certain I never will be againHad I thought that I was signing up t pay for a service I would pay, but unless they produce a signed contract I will not

Great service from ME Flow I have a heating/AC contract with them and love their service Dustin was just here and did a wonderful and professional job

dustin s*** did a repair job at our home dec,7,2015, and was very professional and politewe have been using m.eflow for over years,

I was not happy with the customer service at this companyI am deaf without my hearing apparatus attached so did not hear my phone when they calledThey did not leave a message so I did not call the number back right awayWhen I did call back I was told my appointment was cancelled because I did not pick up phoneThey did reschedule to see me that day and the worker who came was fine but I was insulted that I kept being told to pick up my phone and the insensitivity to an individuals limitationsWill not use this company again

ME Flow made my day Replaced my broken water heater the day after I called Keith is a very skilled plumberAnother star rated company said they'd send somebody to give me an estimate IN A WEEKAnother company said their tech was running late, and I cancelled that apptbecause ME Flow was finishing the job!

Milton and his colleague did a great job diagnosing my hot water heater's problem and recommending a replacement They arrived at my home at the appointed time, did the work in under the promised time, and left the site in excellent condition Great job!

Henry came today from MEFLOW to service my Air Conditioner. He was very professional, knowledgable, polite, and gave me confidence in his company.

Dear [redacted],M.E. Flow has had a service agreement and done inspections twice a year on the Downs two HVAC systems since 4/13/10.When our technician did the Spring inspection on 7/1/14, he found that the heat pump system had two leaks at the indoor coil. Due to the...

age of the equipment, he recommended replacing the entire system. When our technician did the Fall inspection on 10/25/13, the Freon level was correct in the system and it was operating properly. On our inspection on 10/7/10, the system was one pound low on Freon. We put in one pound of Freon and recommended to do a leak search to determine the source of the leak, but the Downs declined to have that procedure done. I have enclosed copies of the inspections. It would be impossible to tell when the system starting leaking, but it was low on Freon on 10/7/10, We do not know what “board” she is referring to, but the system was operating properly on 10/25/13 and we did not find a burnt “board” on our inspection of 7/1/14. Also, we do not know how someone could determine when a “board” was burnt. We have agreed to refund the Downs one half of their contract for both systems that covered 4/13/14 to 4/12/15 due to the fact that the second inspection will not be done. On 7/16/14, we issued check number [redacted] for $147.50 to [redacted].In our opinion, this dispute is resolved. If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted].Sincerely,Dan R
Operations Manager

The technician(s) have always done a wonderful job for me. They are courteous and very efficient and never try to sell me something not needed. ME Flow performed the original installation of my units and have always kept them in excellent running condition. Service calls are reasonably priced and they have always honored any coupons I may have had. Thank you for a fine job.

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. R[redacted] seems to think I have not answered his questions, but the truth is - he doesn't like the answer!  I find it comical that he highlighted parts of his contract that contradicts what the contract is for.  They take money, and do an inspection, that in the end does nothing for the customer.  We will be sure to let everyone know how this contract works - take money from a customer then, do nothing!  Mr. R[redacted] will not receive  a refund from us!!

[redacted],
[redacted] has not responded to my explanation that what the other company’s technician told her is incorrect and impossible.
Per item 6 of the Terms and Conditions of our contract, it states “It is understood that the Company will use care in performing the above service, but shall not be liable for failure to discover conditions necessitating repairs or replacements, nor shall any inspection be construed as an approval or guarantee of the condition of the equipment.”
Per item 10 of the Terms and Conditions of our contract, this contract is for one year and there is no provision for a refund.  As a courtesy, we have refunded one half of the contract due to the fact that [redacted] cancelled the contract before the second inspection was due to be done.  If this is not satisfactory, I am requesting to be reimbursed $147.50 by [redacted].

Technician statements: "No we don't do wiring, you need an electrician for that."  and "No we don't do trenching" and "No, the wires are fine, that is direct burial cable" - All Lies.
I am rejecting this response because: The story line they are providing is incorrecct.  Please have someone explain to me how you can install a well head pump and say we don't wire it to the house. How could you know if it works if you don't connect it to power?  In addition NOT wiring it to the house in accordance with legal coded wiring after I specifically asked them: "Isn't that supposed to be in conduit?" .  The technician who provided the bid  for the initial work stated: "No we don't do wiring, you need an electrician for that".  And now they change their tune.  Yes, I did cancel the job to run 12 feet of hose and put on two clamps at a cost of $1500. Ridiculous !!!! Cost.  And NO, they did not say they were coming back to install wiring to code, they were coming back to run the line from the well head to the house.  They didn't talk about replacing the wire to code until after I asked for relief and filed the complaint.
Know this, I will never call M.E. FLOW to do any further work on this property, and everyone I have contact with will know not to use them either.

I am rejecting this response because:
In regards to Dan's reply, we do not agree that this issue has been resolved!  In 2010, there was some discussion of freon with the technician, however, he verbally told me the leak test was not necessary because it wasn't worth the money.  Also, Dan said the levels were correct in 2013 meaning the leak would not have been  detected.  When our system was inspected in July 2014 we were told there was no way to fix our current system and had to get a replacement.  We called another company to replace the system due to better customer service and prices.  The technicians could not believe that our system had passed an inspection in October of 2013 due to the fried "board" and the system not even running properly.  After a discussion with Frank Swartz of ME Flow, we were told this was our problem.  The fact that ME Flow ran maintenance on our system in  October of 2013 meant that the problem should have been caught earlier since my heat was running.  I paid an HVAC company for maintenance that I now feel was not done, or done incorrectly.  We wish to have our whole three years refunded which would total $885.00, but at the least feel this year should be refunded in whole, which would be another refund of $147.50.  The rudeness of ME Flow employees is whole other issue.

From: Charlotte A[redacted] <[redacted]@meflow.com>Date: Tue, May 19, 2015 at 7:49 AMSubject: RE: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania complaint #[redacted].To: [email protected] Revdex.com, I received this complaint for Dan R[redacted] (who...

was your contact) as Mr. R[redacted] has passed away. I called and spoke with the customer and he explained he had been leaving messages on the personal email of a salesman who no longer is with us. I told the customer we would be happy to provide the promised filters and I also told him we would give him a free one year service agreement for his troubles. We then attempted to book a service call so we could take him the filters and install them for him. The customer only has to call us back and set up the service call at a time that is convenient to him. I also made sure the customer has correct contact information for ME Flow. Please let me know if you need any further information. Charlotte A[redacted]ControllerM.E. to me, mhays
[redacted],
Please see M.E. Flow’s response to [redacted]’s rebuttell:

[redacted] is expecting M.E. Flow to pay him for services that were not completed.  The services were not completed because [redacted] chose to not have M.E. Flow complete said services.  The original work was to remove the well pump and replace the pump, wire  and pipe in the well itself.  The original work had nothing to do with any work from the well head to the home.  That was to be done at an extra charge.  At ten o’clock in the evening our tech was not going to perform any other work as they had done the stated original work.  [redacted] chose to call and cancel the added work from the well head to the home.  He was NOT charged for any work from the well head to the home.  He was not willing to pay for the “Trenching” from the well head to the home that is why he did it himself.  We got the customer’s water operating by using a temporary electric line until the next work day.   He chose to cancel our job and do it himself.  He was NOT charged for any of this added work, again he chose to not have M.E. Flow do said work.  He was given a bid to do this additional work for $1500.00 and declined our services.  M.E. Flow will not refund [redacted] any additional funds.

As
part of the installation contract, the...

customer was due two inspections after
the 1 year installation anniversary.  Our
procedures were not followed when her calls to arrange the first appointment
were directed to voice mail rather than scheduled.  The appropriate management personnel are
reviewing proper call handling procedures with staff.   In the meantime, the customer has been
contacted and her first system inspection is scheduled for the first week in
June.  We appreciate that this was
brought to our attention and the opportunity to correct the situation.
