July 24, Dear [redacted] ***,M.EFlow has had a service agreement and done inspections twice a year on the Downs two HVAC systems since 4/13/10.When our technician did the Spring inspection on 7/1/14, he found that the heat pump system had two leaks at the indoor coilDue to the age of the equipment, he recommended replacing the entire systemWhen our technician did the Fall inspection on 10/25/13, the Freon level was correct in the system and it was operating properlyOn our inspection on 10/7/10, the system was one pound low on FreonWe put in one pound of Freon and recommended to do a leak search to determine the source of the leak, but the Downs declined to have that procedure doneI have enclosed copies of the inspectionsIt would be impossible to tell when the system starting leaking, but it was low on Freon on 10/7/10, We do not know what “board” she is referring to, but the system was operating properly on 10/25/and we did not find a burnt “board” on our inspection of 7/1/Also, we do not know how someone could determine when a “board” was burnt. We have agreed to refund the Downs one half of their contract for both systems that covered 4/13/to 4/12/due to the fact that the second inspection will not be doneOn 7/16/14, we issued check number [redacted] for $to [redacted] ***.In our opinion, this dispute is resolved. If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] .Sincerely,Dan R Operations Manager

As part of the installation contract, the customer was due two inspections after the year installation anniversary Our procedures were not followed when her calls to arrange the first appointment were directed to voice mail rather than scheduled The appropriate management personnel are reviewing proper call handling procedures with staff In the meantime, the customer has been contacted and her first system inspection is scheduled for the first week in June We appreciate that this was brought to our attention and the opportunity to correct the situation

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] Technician statements: "No we don't do wiring, you need an electrician for that." and "No we don't do trenching" and "No, the wires are fine, that is direct burial cable" - All Lies I am rejecting this response because: The story line they are providing is incorrecct Please have someone explain to me how you can install a well head pump and say we don't wire it to the houseHow could you know if it works if you don't connect it to power? In addition NOT wiring it to the house in accordance with legal coded wiring after I specifically asked them: "Isn't that supposed to be in conduit?" The technician who provided the bid for the initial work stated: "No we don't do wiring, you need an electrician for that" And now they change their tune Yes, I did cancel the job to run feet of hose and put on two clamps at a cost of $Ridiculous !!!! Cost And NO, they did not say they were coming back to install wiring to code, they were coming back to run the line from the well head to the house They didn't talk about replacing the wire to code until after I asked for relief and filed the complaint Know this, I will never call M.EFLOW to do any further work on this property, and everyone I have contact with will know not to use them either Regards, [redacted]
