I talked with Nathan *** on 5/17/and I made an payment on this day for I had a debt in collections with this company, so I set up a payment for for the end of the month for June 30, July 31, and August 31, They were suppose to take my last payment on August 31, 2016, but they did notI called them but it goes straight to voicemail everytime I callI left several messages as well but no one has called me backI do not want to be hold accountable or breach of contract because they did not take my last paymentI do not want them to say I did not pay themThey are suppose to give me a paid in full letter once the last payment is submitted but I can not get that if they do not get the last payment or answer the phoneI called two different numbers and it says the same thingCould someone please help me so that this will not continue to hurt me
