I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The statements and receipts that Meade Brothers have put in their response have only noted their view and documentations of the BUSINESS transaction. This in no means settles my dispute. I am not rejecting the total accuracy of their statements but am asking that Meade Brothers take into consideration the unsatisfactory quality of this vehicle (Cadillac), for the purchase price agreed upon, and the down payment we made including the extended warranty that we purchased. This car should have lasted, and ran well, longer than this vehicle did for us. My statements were given in TRUTH. I also understand that Meade Brothers might not have realized that the car was of this poor quality at the time of our purchase. But with the multiple problems that occurred within the short time that the car was in our possession, and with their reputation that they have stated of quality vehicle sales with customer satisfaction, we believe, without doubt, that we where not given the level of customer satisfaction and dependable quality car sales that they are trying to uphold. Therefore, we are not satisfied with their response at this time; received by us on this 18th day of February, 2014.

My name is [redacted] owner of Meade Brothers
Auto Sales LLC. Located at [redacted]. I am responding to a Revdex.com claim that was filed against my company by [redacted] and the 2002 Cadillac Deville she purchased...

from my Dealership on the 27th day of March 2013! She claims that this vehicle gave her numerous problems which Meade Brothers Auto was not aware of until quiet sometime after purchasing. The Car was Voluntary surrendered back to my dealership do to NON PAYMENT, not a break down or repairs. Enclosed on this fax is proof our company went above and beyond for this customer and the COMPLAINT # is [redacted]! We initially sold [redacted] this car and she had it inspected and bought this Cadillac AS IS!! Enclosed is a copy of that form. Also [redacted] purchased another Extended Service Warranty through a third party company called [redacted] and was aware of
what this ESC or (Insurance on repairs if You will) included. Also Enclosed is a copy of a repair bill that Meade Brothers Auto paid for her, by an ASC Certified mechanic that checked all fluids (as is stated it on the bill) and repaired window regulators that is stated in her complaint by RIGHT CHOICE AUTOMOTIVE. Meade brothers made $820.27 in repairs which receipts will be enclosed. We did this in good faith. If you look on the Purchase Order (which is enclosed) it shows this 2002 Cadillac Deville was sold with a Warranty through a
THIRD PARTY COMPANY and was AS-lS NO WARRANTY through Meade Brothers Auto Sales LLC. Enclosed is a copy as well. As a company we thrive maintain a good Consumer and Customer relations and go above and beyond our predecessors to maintain a good Quality name. Also enclosed is a (WE OWE or DUE BILL) which is, after the test drive of the vehicle if there is anything that needs to be repaired or known problems at the time of purchase, its noted in writing by both customer and dealer and is signed by both customer and dealer! Again it STATES NOTHING DUE OR PROMISED. Also last but not least this car was Voluntary Surrendered due to payment and this from is enclosed as well. [redacted] was in breach of contract and that's why the car was returned. It was up for Repossession at this time. We also did her another favor by not preceding her legally for repossession fees, balanced owed, damages to car, and interest which the VSA (Voluntary Surrender Agreement) states we legally could have done so. We wiped this clean hoping we could maintain a customer for life and tried to do the right thing. When it’s all said and done [redacted] was numerous payments behind and if need be we can go into archives and print a balance showing so. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible and if we can be of any assistance in this matter please contact me personally, all points of contact are on the letter head of this Letter. Thanks and we look forward to getting this resolved.
