I was away at show when this Revdex.com came throughI am in the process of calling show people as I am typing this message and have been for the past couple of weeksI am showing that back on 1/23/our client had the opportunity to make money and
our client cancelled that dealNot a problem we still have taken the assets to showI am not through all of the show files at this time and given there was a sale I will be calling our client either wayThis is the information that I have currently and we make every effort to sale all assets in a timely fashionSo I will be calling our client as to the news of a sale or even if there was not oneWe are not a scam and have made many clients money just as we will do with this client

Our consumer completed his Columbian Exposition set in December and started in Feb We have made many sales for our consumer which he has rolled up into buying the Columbian Expo set which in the realm takes to years to
buildWe have been in complete communication with our client all the way through and still continue to do soOn March another individual called, who is from Edward Jones, which this is who has filed this Revdex.com claimWe have been in complete communication as to regarding every show and when they take place and if sale or notWe do not tell clients when we are going to sale except to let them know when they will be brought to our collectors to buyOur client has a day money back guarantee which he is out of this time frameIf client would like us to find a buyer at the original offering price we will commence in doing so however considering what has been stated he would like to receive profits and proceeds from a sale, therefore we will need the time frame to get it to every show that is possibleThank you Terri Brittain
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 21, 2015/09/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all the only communication I have received from Saint Paul Stamps is from a gentleman named Dean and it is only to sell me more stampsI was told to continue to purchase stamps to complete my collection and then I would be able to sell for profitDean never told me that it would take 3-years to sell the stamps, that is new news to meThe fact is this has been over a year of me calling to try to speak with Dean to liquidated my stamp collection and I continue to hear the same thing, that my collection will be going to the next saleNobody has proactively contacted me to let me know if they are sold or notI have only ever received photo copies of my stamps that I purchased for this collection, never having the physical stamps in my possession makes me question if I truly own the stamps or just have received photo copies of a collectionI was told they are being held in a vault at the business for me for security reasonsOn another note, I needed an email address to submit my case to the Revdex.com and do not have one so I asked to use an email address of a business professional I work withAt this point my request is to receive everything back that I have given in cash to Saint Paul Stamps which by the inventory sheet from them I was given is $36,This is my bottom line and must include any fees or commissions associated with selling my stamp collection back

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 28, 2015/09/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am absolutely not satisfied with this response as I have no clue what the original offering price is of this collectionMy bottom line is I would like back what I have invested so far with Saint Paul Stamps of $36,This number is net of all fees and costs associated with the liquidation of my collectionThis should be an easy request considering I was told by Dean that my collection would sell for $80,at the next sale back in September of I have been trying to sell this collection for over a year now and have documented all my contacts with Saint Paul stamps with my request to liquidate

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/23) */
I wish that I would've had the opportunity to speak with our client regarding his portfolio before making a claim with the Revdex.comIt seems that lately that although we have stayed in complete contact as client stated more than hours have been
invested with teaching and helping our client understand the businessAll the while he did turn around and invest more into his stamp portfolioThe true back bone of what we do here are the year old classic stampsWhile I do have some complaints, I have more than quadruple testimonials from clients whom have made plenty of profits for the years that we have been in businessWhile this client is out of his day money back guarantee, I will find a buyer for his original offering price or I can present his assets in this next world showing in December I would like our client to walk away with profits as I do every client we haveAgain, as I stated before I do wish I could have had the opportunity to discuss this portfolio with the client before making such a claimThank you *** Brittain
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/10/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do NOT accept the response from Saint Paul Stamps as it's completely disingenuousThe context of their "business" proposition is that an investor buys stamps with the intent to earn a return on that investment by having SPS SELL those stamps to a buyer within a certain timeframe
SPS tells new investors that they won't even take your stamps to sales events (i.eshows) for 6-months and that the average holding period required to earn the 18-39% returns advertised is 18-monthsFor SPS to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if stamps are returned within days doesn't address my complaint
It's clear to me that SPS does not have any intent to satisfy their investors or provide them with a good experienceTheir unprofessional response proves them to be completely disconnected from investors like me and is clear evidence that they are not listening
I now see that I should have requested a different desired resolutionI would like to change my desired resolution to the following: "I would like Saint Paul Stamps to sell my pair of 25c Owl & Grosbeak error stamps within the next days for at least $2,and send me a check for the proceeds"
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/11/09) */
We will find a buyer for the original offering price however giving me a time limit is not something that I will agree toWe can only contact as many collectors or current investors as quickly as possibleWe have stayed in complete contact with our client, We could understand his complaint if we had no contact with the client and he was unable to contact us through telephone or email which he has been able toSo we will commence in finding a buyer for the original offering price and will do so as quickly as possible

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2016/06/10) */
We are waiting for the stamps to be matched with the original authentication before we can come to a resolve for this clientThis client never contacted us first regarding his claim only after he filed with the Revdex.com as well as the charge back
department with merchant servicesWe are in the process of resolving this complaint however there is a process to be completed before going further into the clients claimConsidering any claims to be refunded for authentication fees will not be honored, we use a third party authentication to begin with and the client removed the stamps out of there original casing and sent them to an outside source therefore the only way to determine processing is that we will need to go back to the original authenticationThe client still has not sent back his original order to us therefore that cannot be determined here eitherThe client is out of his day money back guarantee and has taken the assets out of the original packaging which is stated in the attached documentWe will be notified when this authentication match has been confirmed as well as determined resolutionThank you
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 14, 2016/06/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Attached is the FedEx proof of delivery for my returned stamps, june 2, Is SPS stating that they did not receive the stamps? They were returned in the envelope provided by SPS
The basis of this complaint is that I believed I was purchasing unused, high grade stampsThe saint paul certificates state that the stamps are "unused", the invoiced amounts for 25k are in line with high grade stamps
Not one of four stamp dealers I've contacted, believe the stamps are of an value greater than 1-2kThe certificates issued by saint paul expertisers have no market credibility, in their opinions
Conversely the certificates from the philatelic society - have been taken with unanimous credibility by all the stamp dealers:
http://www.philatelicfoundation.org/expertizing-process/the-process/ - details the authentication process of stampsThis does involve physical examination of the stamp
The authentication process by saint paul of my stamps was flawed to the point that out of stamps were considered fraudulent merchandise by impartial and professional appraisers
I believe a full refund of all expense associated with this purchase is due

going to the next client whom carried the same investmentSince there have been times where attempts to contact and only times were we actually able to get through to the clientLast contact was on 6/17/where contact was made and we were putting into our August showingWe did not sale in August therefore we put into next showing this DecemberHow are we supposed to sale an item for a client who doesn't keep contact with usI will find a buyer for the original offering price or I could take this asset in the December show for profitsWe are not a scam and we have plenty of testimonials from clients whom have made plenty of profits madeWe would gladly do either however blatantly stating that we are robbery is outlandishClient would have no problems if he would answer the phoneI have all calls documented where we left message to call and calls where we actually got throughThank you *** ***

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If my stamp sold StPaul Stamps does not me to answer the phone, they need to mail me a check, that's itI have repeatedly requested and given StPaul my permission in writing to sell my stamp; they do not need anything elseIf they sold my stamp they should have given me my moneyI have spoken with Dean at StPaul Stamps several times and at no time has he ever said that selling my stamp and returning my "investment" required me to answer the phoneStPaul Stamps physically has my stamp, StPaul Stamps has my address (it has not changed in years and I have not plans on moving) and StPaul Stamps has my many requests and authorizations in writing to sell the stamp
How many emails have I sent StPaul Stamps? A lotHow many email responses have I got back from StPaul Stamps? That is a fact that is documented in writing which is verifiable and certifiable
Additionally, I do answer the phone but some people have jobs were we can't get to the phone immediately eve timeAnswering phone and the selling of stamp have absolutely nothing to do with each otherWhat's "outlandish" and ludicrous is Ms***'s claim that my stamp has sold repeatedly and even though StPaul Stamps physically has my stamp and authorization to sell the stamp that I could not get my money because I didn't answer the phoneThat is truly and "outlandish" statementWhen I do miss a call from StPaul Stamps they always leave a message, every message says "This is Dean at StPaul Stamp, call me back", nothing moreI have never got a message saying that my stamp has sold and all I need to do to collect my money is answer the phone or call backI have never got a voice mail staying my stamp had soldI never got a letter saying my stamp had soldI never got an email saying my stamp had soldI have never received and money from StPaul StampsAll of those statements are facts that StPaul Stamps cannot contradict
No reasonable person would believe Ms***'s responseIf you believe Ms***'s outlandish response than I have an $1,stamp to sell you, I'm sure she does too

I do apologize that there was miscommunication as to how the shows and sales come inI believed from all of the communication that has transpired between my salesman and the client that both parties were on the same pageI have personally taken over this account and I can either find a buyer at the original offering price or I can take it to this December showing? Which would you like me to do? I would like to remedy this into a solution where our client will come through with a great feeling rather than where we are currentlyThank you, *** ***

In October Ms*** from StPaul Stamps had offered, through the Revdex.com, to either immediately return my money OR sell my investment in December I chose to accept the immediate return of my funds, not the action saleIn November I emailed *** *** to ask the whereabouts of my refundSurprisingly *** *** responded but unsurprisingly she said that the refund of my money was never offeredA very long story short, StPaul Stamps has made another broken promiseFor over years I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund of my investmentPlease reopen my case w/ the Revdex.comThank you\\

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2016/02/18) */
I do not want this claim to be closedI have tried to
resolve the issue with StPaul Stamps (sps)They told me that they would never have told me that they were partners with me in the purchase of the Sikorski stamps: however that remains my recollectionThey did send me a copy of the new stamp that I have acquiredHowever, I was told that the stamp is rare and has a value of approximately $10,But I have no confirmation of its valueI asked sps to buy back the Sikorskis and the rare stamp at costThey have not agreed, but pledged to sell my stamps at the first available opportunityIf the stamps are truly worth what sps tells me why would they not take my stamps back at cost and reap the profit they have forecasted but failed to deliverThey told me that payments for the Columbian stamps will definitely on the last Friday of this month (checked express mailed to me the next day), but told me that there is no written agreement with the buyer, and no interest charge to the buyer for the use of $50,for ten monthsBy extending the "accredited"" status to sps the Revdex.com distinction says that the accreditation means that you have found that the business practices of their accredited member are consistent with standard accepted business practicesIs it a standard practice to extend credit on money that you do not own for ten months without a written agreement and without interest? I feel that the Revdex.com has let e downI purchased the stamps relying upon the "accredited" certification extended to sps by Revdex.comI believe that your accreditation was misleading
I ask that you reopen this claim and ask sps to enter into a discussion to return monies to me ASAPThank you for your consideration

I am hoping that I personally will have the opportunity to take this in our December showing which I already have it being listed in
We had several shows cancel this past year which has put us behindI will be calling everyone back after the 1st of the year that did not sale within first few weeks and I will be calling everyone who did sale the last week of January for those who did salePlease give me this opportunity to make you some monies in this showing
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I appreciate CEO *** *** stood up and took the responsibilityIt would have been easier for me and others who have experiences the uneasiness of doing the business with her company in the past if there were an action taken after our callsEven though she mentioned about the December's showing and the following calls, it lacks details on what the next concrete step is if the stamps I am holding would not be sold, will the company buy back the stamps then refund the money to me plus the profit or what? Simply put, I don't want to hold these stamps for any longer after the December's showing
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/12/02) */
I would've liked the opportunity to take care of the needs before going to the Revdex.com, however this is not the case therefore the only concrete statement that I am able to do is take this to our next showing and have your product listed in that showing otherwise if not sold then I would be forced to find a buyer for its original offering priceI do have this asset listed in the December showing
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 18, 2015/12/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am totally stunned by the responseDuring my numerous contacts with StPaul Stamps, I asked to talk to a higher level manager of the company and was always told that either the manager was on the phone or unavailableI clearly told the person who picked up the phone, "if no one is going to take care of my case, eventually I will take it to *** I even left several messages mentioning my concerns and intentions regarding this matterHowever, no matter what I said, no one in StPaul Stamps seemed to care about itI demand StPaul Stamps to buy back my stamps and pay interest to me if the stamps could not be sold in their December show

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/29) */
We have this asset listed in our December showing unless client would like us to find a buyer for the asset at the original offering price. We have listed this asset in into 4 showings to date. We don't make promises however we do make sure that...

every asset in listed in our showings. This client is well out of their 30 day money back guarantee which I have included a copy of that guarantee. I really do not want to pull this asset out of this December showing as we are at full capacity in this showing. However, if the client decides that they would like me to find a buyer for the original offering price I will do so. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/10/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There is no answer just the 30 day money back guarantee statement. Why would anyone ask for their money back within the 30 days unless a major crisis happened during that time frame? They tell you, as salesmen as known to do, that it takes 1/2 to 2 years until you see a return so to cancel within 30 days just isn't logical like I explained above.
There was no personal response as to the promise originally made by Jason that if, at any time, we needed the money back they would buy back the stamps from us at original price to sell to someone else.
We only invested this money because we were assured that we could, at any time, get our monies returned. After many times of attempting to get the monies back, still no money.
We have explained many times that we really need this money returned. Things changed in our financial state, we've had some major things that have come up and really needed this money. We still do need this money and therefore we are requesting it back again.
They had over 2 years to sell these stamps or return our funds but haven't yet.
This is a small amount of money to them, but for us, who live basically under the poverty level, it's a huge amount of money and we would like it returned.
We just want them to do the right thing and return the monies.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2015/11/18) */
Again, we do not have a buy back program and it is not in our program to tell a client that, what we say is in the event that you have a financial hardship and want out we will find a buyer for the original offering price which I have already transferred this to my team to find a buyer for the original offering price. We will call immediately once this is done.
Thank you,
[redacted]
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 22, 2015/11/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Can you please give me a time frame as to when you think you can find a buyer for these stamps?
Honestly I had some extra money at the time from a death in the family. There is no extra money coming and my husband is on disability with a degenerative disease and in very bad shape and we are living basically at or below poverty level.
I was deceived in the beginning, made to think it would be easy to get the monies back. Even if that isn't your normal policy to deceive, it is what happened - it's good business practice to just do the right thing and that is what we are asking you to do.
You say you'll try and find a buyer but with no apology as to what happened or the time frame as it's been over 2 years of having the stamps and again, led to believe they would have been sold within that time frame with interest.
Still unsure why you couldn't buy them back yourself as the buyer. Since you've been in business a while I'm sure you make a lot of money each year in order to buy them back yourself and resell them to someone else.
There was least 1 other complaint here on [redacted] for the same issue, they wanted their monies back but took telling the Revdex.com before anything was done. Maybe that situation was different from mine but it doesn't seem to be on the surface although theirs was for a lot more money, ours is just [redacted] which for most people, isn't a lot of money.
I really can't accept any proposed resolution until the issue is resolved and we have our monies back.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2016/02/29) */
Our client already opened a complaint in our main corporate office Revdex.com as our Las Vegas office is just a location office. Our main branch is in Missouri. Our client requested that he wanted his money back after a few attempts to sale his assets...

at auctions and they didn't sale. He became very enraged and not cooperative to continue to do business with him. Our client is passed his 30 day money back guarantee however what we will do is sale his assets to another client at the original offering price. I will get to work on this immediately which is what he has requested. We tried talking to our client and he just kept saying I want my money when are you going to give me back my money. Not allowing us the opportunity to work with him. This is the second Revdex.com we have received another one in our corporate office and now with Las Vegas Revdex.com which we don't have. I wasn't aware that this was even possible. I will submit the 30 day money back guarantee.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 23, 2016/03/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This investment wss initiated on October 1, 2013, and was supposed to be sold at a 15% profit in March 2014, or August 2014, or December 2014, or March 2015, or August 2015, or December 2015, or March 2016. I have not heard that it is sold. It is clear that these stamps are not marketable even at my purchase price, so the sales pitch by St. Paul Stamps Inc. was a complete fraud. I have placed a criminal complaint with the FBI for interstate fraud practices. St. Paul Stamps have received 2.5 years of interest on my funds. I demand a repayment of the original investment immediately.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 27, 2016/04/13) */
This was already concluded in the first Revdex.com now this Revdex.com. I will find a buyer for the original offering price as stated this has been transferred to our hardship program and will be sold as quickly as possible.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 29, 2016/04/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not a "hardship" case. It is fraud! It is almost 2.5 years since St Paul received my funds. They were supposed to sell the stamps in March, August, December of 2014, 2015, 2016. The most recent sale attempt was supposed to be in March 2016, after which they were supposed to call me if the made a a sale. I have not received a call. If I do not receive my $2800 within the next week, I will initiate collection proceedings.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/04/26) */
Our client has had many offers in the past several years. We have stayed in complete contact and has taken his assets to many of our showings and informed him if all shows as well as percentages of those shows. We are just returning from show...

and I am going through show files as I am typing this message. Once I know the results from this show I will call our client. Given that the client does not want to wait considering he is out of his 30 day money back guarantee I will find a buyer for the original offering price given it has not just sold.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/04/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company's response is the same every time I have called or they have contacted me. The offers he is talking about always includes trading in the stamps I originally bought and buying more expensive stamps. Their offers always includes me coming up with more money to invest, never gaining a profit as they say. Very slick talkers. I think giving them 6 yrs to sell 3 stamps which they have in their possession is not unreasonable. Buyer beware.
