Review: [redacted] misrepresented his position when I was looking for a safe place to live. I gave him 750.00 total, 150 for the application fee, and 600 for a deposit. He indicated he could get me into a place as I advised him about the deteriorating safety conditions of my current living situation. Too little too late I have found out from my neighbors mother some years back. I have repeatedly asked him for a refund since he could not produce a lease or keys to show any of the properties. I cannot afford to lose this type of money, and since I had not renewed my lease here where I am now, I risk being evicted because I cannot come up with a deposit and rent. I am already stressed out due to my poor health, and this has caused me unwarranted angst. If you could please assist me with situation I would greatly appreciated. I feel as though he is stealing money from those desperate for a better living situation. I wish I had found out about the others before I did business with him.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. He gave me the exact excuse he gave this other woman. I trusted him, that was my mistake. I survived cancer only to be taken advantage of, I don't need this additional stress this is causing. Thank you for your time.
