I agree with [redacted] its been a confusing month, we are a small business and I apologized for all the inconvenienceMy sister was on life support in the hospital so I did get some things mixed up and haven't returned calls as quickly as we would have likedIf she would like service we will do this, if not I am sure she will be able to find a company to service her equipmentThe work that was done we will not charge her

Regarding *** ***, we received a call from someone named *** on *** he said *** may need service on her equipment would it cost anythingI personally talked to ***, he said he was just calling as a friend, we had
not heard from him in the pastI told him the cost would depend on what work we did, most likely it would be a service call of ***It has always been hard to reach *** the phone number she gave us would not work,*** gave us a new numberWe would have appointments for filter changes and service calls and when we arrived at the house no one would be home, and our technician could not reach anyone on the phone this has happened on a regular basis over the yearsIn these cases we have never charged a service call for no one being there, even when the appointments were booked and confirmedAs far as the warranty is concerned on this equipment he *** conditioner and *** RO for the most part except for electrical have a lifetime warrantyThe electrical has a year warrantyThe RO requires a filter change yearlyAll of our equipment have a year labour warrantyWe were at ***'s house on *** to work on the equipment and found we needed another part, we had a appointment set for *** however when we got to her house it was too lateWe left messages that we would be back on ***, when we arrived no one was home and we could not reach on the phoneWe have left countless messages since *** for *** to contact us with a time that would work for her, we have had no responseIf she would like the equipment serviced call and we will arrange a time

The information provided by Ultimate Pure is not correctI have left countless messages in *** with my phone number on their machine, The owners *** did call me twice in *** setting up appts for which I was hereThe technician was at this home twice unable to repair the unit so they most definately do have my accurate phone numberI even gave the tech my business cardThere was no phone call from Ultimate Pure for the date of ** ***, I would have been sure to be home as am anxious to have thia machine repaired, the water is unusableTheir claim that I haven't been home on a regular basis is a lie, the only time I wasn't at home was ** *** but there was no call or message from Ultimate Pure indicating that they were coming*** is a co owner of this home and that is why he calledHe had been troubleshooting the problem in the beginning when an error message was showing on the water softener and I asked him to call thinking he would understand the lingo better than I*** the technician knows full well who *** is as he has been here many times while *** was here changing filters which until this year have been changed annuallyI am still waiting for contact from this company,***
