I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure what they are proposing, if I pay their last invoice (even that they did not return as their employee said they would, and when they never called ahead as agreed) will they cancel our working relation? . If they are willing to cancel my account, releasing me from their contract I will pay them gladly.
