store I appreciate him offering me the amount of gas I paid for at the correct rate, butit would be quite out of my way to be able to get it and would much prefer a refund or simply a credit I could use at a station closer to me. As noted in his letter, if there were signs stating that his station was full service I did in fact not see them, at least none on the pump and I suggest some clearer signsI did however note that there were lines to make an attendant aware of someone at the pump and did assume it was full service and waited in my car for several minutes before getting out and pumping my own gasIf there is no attendant available maybe the pumps should be changed for those hours to simply be self serve so this issue does not happen again
