To Whom It May Concern:I am frustrated that this customer thought the need to make a complaint prior to receiving back correspondence before submitting a complaint. Enclosed are the email correspondence that took place between him and I on 4/21/and 10/1/(Enclosed). From the
very first email received on 4/21/(Enclosed) I made it clear that his purchase with John Lane back in had nothing to do with us. Whatever John Lane promised his customers remained with him since all we did was purchased the domain name www.taxsalelists.com not John L***'s Company. Obviously we have had several other customers of John's assume access and each time they ask we have responded exactly the way I did on 4/21/17.With that said after re-reviewing the email correspondence on 4/21/I flat missed the part where he asked if this would give him unlimited access after the $174.00. I review and respond to hundreds of email daily and for some reason I only responded back and re-stated noting special and other than the payment of $per month. I should have included to have continual access you would need to make the $payment per month but after the 6-months of payments you can choose to either cancel out or continue making the payment but when you stop paying the monthly payment access also stops.Interestingly enough I reviewed the customers email on 10/1/where he asked for a full refund and I had already figured in my mind that I would probably do that. But then I got the email from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint and when I opened up the complaint and saw it was from the same customer...frankly...it made me upset. He didn't give me time to respond and give him a decision. I had resent the email of 4/21/17...not trying to hide anything and he responded that he received an email from me suggesting I had agreed to access forever after the $174.00. Since I had never agreed to that with any customer I responded the way I did.When the customer enrolled it clearly states the following:* All training is included with the purchase of our tax sale lists subscription for $a month (minimum six month subscription required)You may cancel any time AFTER your six month obligation is complete by contacting customer support at [email protected] are no cancellations or refunds once the first month's payment is complete.So no where on the order page (Enclosed) does it indicate in any way continued access when you chose to cancel anytime after the 6-month commitment. WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH ANY OTHER PAST CUSTOMER OF JOHN LANE. HE IS THE FIRST and I will take some responsibility since I didn't clarify his question in his email on 4/21/17.To put this past us we will refund his $174.00ThanksGlen

To Whom It May Concern:We are in receipt of the customers complaint and and can't figure out why we never received an email to support? We could have easily responded and rectified his concern The customer is making a broad statement that he knows of "many" Tax Sales that we have not
uploaded. If I remember correctly he may have called me and asked about Maine of which we uploaded the current sales in the state Sometimes when counties are relatively small we don't list them Sometimes the Workshops are recorded but we refute the fact that he is is claiming there is no training provided John L*** has been doing this for several years and is a wealth of knowledge.We have refunded his initial charge of $34.99.Se below:Below is a summary:Transaction ID: ***Payment Method: ***Amount: USD (34.99)Customer Name: *** ***Customer has been canceled out and will not be charged again.ThanksGlen A***Tax Sale Products

I am rejecting this response because: My account was not credited possibly due to my bank, Bank of America, required me to change my debit card to new updated card Can the merchant provide refund with a check? I understand this is not the fault of the merchant. During the fake "live" when asked if I had any questions is when I asked to cancel and for a refund I received no response, so I did request to cancel and for a refund.

If the customer is with the same bank then the old account follows the new account Our Merchant Account has already sent the money to his Bank and he has the information that he can give to his bank We can't double refund him so we can't send him a check.ThanksGlen
