Meadow Farms Fundraising

Horrible Orders were placed in October I have still not received my order and company will not cancel my order I ordered pies for Thanksgiving

My daughter came home with a fundraiser from meadow farms. Currently I have no idea where my order is. I have called the school and was told that meadow farms had sent them an email stating the fundraising orders had been shipped. But we still have not recieved anything. The form was filled out correctly yet if I log into their website it does not show that my daughter sold anything. They have not emailed me or replied to any emails. Of me asking for a tracking number for when all of our. Friends n family orders will be delivered. I've been waiting patiently but at this point I am starting to get irritated. They should have better customer service and be more reliable. If my package is shipped like they told the school. They should be able to provide me with a tracking number or let me atleast kno an estimated date of arrival. But no nothing. I feel like hundreds of dollars just went down the drain n if the packages do not arrive within the exit 2/3 days I will not be ordering from them ever again. It would be cheaper for me to just go buy the rewards for my daughter than to deal with this hassle
