They have advertisements stating products are 2 for 1 or at a sale price, however they never honor the sale price they say the sale is over but they leave advertisements up. [redacted]. They need to correct all prices to what they are actually charging. They need to remove promotional advertising since they are not honoring the promotional price. I contacted a few different suppliers and gave them the bar codes of products bought from the store, all of them where expired. Selling expired product is a health issue, especially since it is food items. They don't have an air conditioner capable of keeping food at proper temperature as chocolate is already melted in the packaging. Milk and other dairy products are being sold past the expiry date.Desired SettlementI would like all the pricing to be corrected to the price they are actually charging, all advertising that claims specific price be removed or they need to honor that price at till.[redacted]Business Response This is with reference to your letter dated July 22, 2015 regarding the captioned subject.In this regard where the costumer Mr. [redacted] has lodged a complaint, Case # [redacted] regarding the sale on products. We would like to inform your good self that we do value our sale price and make sure that we benefit the costumers to the very best. It may be possible that sometimes the sale is on certain company's product and not on the others in that case we do inform our customers about the same. So, according to the claim made by the customer I wouldn't agree on the claim. The other complaint regarding the sale of expiry products I would state that my entire staff and I personally take care of not selling any expiry products as I am always concerned about the health issues of my customers and will never compromise on the very same. So, the complaint is irrelevant as all the products in the store are within the 'to be sold' date and the expired products are returned back to the company itself.The complaint also states that customer found a melting chocolate but actually none of our chocolate melts because of proper temperature conditions of the store. Same way we put all our dairy products in proper place under the required temperature.
