Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The fact that the $could be used toward maintenance fees was not only stated in front of me (the following year we where there) - but stated in front of Scott [redacted] It was heard by all of us - if he should not have made that offer, the resort is at fault not us But to deny the whole thing is unbelievable It is not how business should be done I have covered all of my facts with the resort - frankly the whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth I personally do not care what they offered others as they signed up - I am only interested in getting what was offered to us Sincerely, [redacted]

In regards to the customer complaint [redacted] , The customer states correctly that it took two months to deliver the truckWhile processing the sale we found a problem with the title and the VIN, it had to be verified by state DMV personnel The subsequent paperwork, and fees paid The processed paperwork had to be sent to Richmond and then reverified so that a new title could be issuedRegrettably between the paperwork and having to mail back and forth it took this longAs the customer stated he purchased the truck AS IS WHERE IS, and signed the buyers order and bill of sale as suchBecause of the length of time it took to deliver, we serviced the truck and put a new fuel “lift” pump on free of charge, prior to deliveryAs to the repair of the truck, the customer had not contacted usThe last we spoke with him he was going to take it to the shop and call usThis is the first we have heard of thisWe will be contacting the customer to attempt to resolve the issue with the repairThank you[redacted] ***General Sales Manager

Dear Sirs,When a purchase is canceled in our software package, we are not able to refund via credit card It was my understanding that the ***'s wished the refund to be credited directly to the card and we attempted, but were unable to do so.Our standard policy is to send a check within days A check for the refund will be mailed today.Staff was continually communicating with the ***'s, and I was not personally involved with the communications.We apologize for the miscommunication and hope this resolves the issue.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have talked to *** *** The signed paperwork offered $1,of resort credit to be used for golf, spa, lodging or dining She is insisting that the credit could be used for maintenance fees
We made over sales that year and nobody received maintenance fee credit
We are disappointed that there is a misunderstanding, but we must go by the signed documents from the transaction

Review: Several couples purchased a weekend vacation package at Meadow Lake Resort. While trying to book our reservation, they said they would not accommodate all 6 couples at the same time. We all purchased the package at the same time and were told we could use them at the same time. We finally agreed with Meadow Lake rep - [redacted], that a refund would be issued and it could take up to 30 days to receive it. It has been well over the 30 day time period and now no one will return my phone calls. I left another message saying I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and still have not heard anything, so I am looking to you for help in obtaining our refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $199.00 either issued on the credit card we used or in form of a check.

The refund was already sent to the clients. The checks were sent July 11, which is before receiving this complaint.

Review: Requested refund of deposit $877. usd Jan. 21/16, b cheque or by credit to the charge card used, advising the due date of the charge card, usd currency, would be Fri Feb. 13 - and advised the refund would be done no problem. Since that time both my husband and I have followed up by several emails and phone calls. In the last week we, with the due date fast approaching, we have phoned several times a day, as well as emailed, and the owner/sales manager [redacted] has never answered his phone, or responded in any way what so ever to the messages left, or emails sent. Clearly he is avoiding speaking with us. With cdn exchange rate at 1.41% I have clearly advised we will not exchange cdn to usd to pay the card, and pleaded to get this refund back on our card before Feb. 13 - no response at all. We will now be paying interest penalties on the $877. usd - we are requesting this amount be refunded to my MasterCard on their file, a s a p.Desired Settlement: Refund of $877. usd, to my usd charge card.

Dear Sirs,

Review: I purchased a weekend vacation package from an agent representing the resort. The contract stated that I could receive a refund if I cancelled. I notified them of my cancellation in August, September and again in October 2014. I was told I would receive the refund at the end of the month. Since that time, I have contacted them numerous times in 2015 using the phone number on the contract and others that were listed, and talked with the only person (Ms [redacted])who seemed to represent the company. I was told 1) that they are aren't fully staffed during the off season; 2) I'm still on the list for the refund; 3) to call the company's secretary (who only seems to work on Fridays) but 10 calls were never answered and messages left on her voice mail never resulted in a response;. I've phoned other departments of the company and the only responses were to call the same old number and talk with Ms [redacted]. I wrote a letter demanding my refund and that, too, resulted in no response.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $180.00
