this customer was refunded on July 13th
The customer
emailed us 4-times requesting a refund over the weekend, - I luckily logged on to our system and let him know his refund would be processed Monday when we opened and it was taken care of on the 13th of July - I replied to all of his, many emails, and kept letting him know it was already processed post july 13th and it takes 2-business days to post on his credit cardOur last communication with him was:

Your refund was processed on the 13th and I would estimate 2-business days for it to process.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Not one time during all my communications with this organization did they ever ever ever inform me of thisNot one time and Living Social has a refund policy that is now way way way past due If this company would have communicated this to me within the first to days of my order, which I placed immediately after I purchased through Living Social Then I could have got my money back This company decided to keep me lingering along Promising me that they would ship my order in a month, then weeks, and more weeks and so on If this statement of their's were true with the issues they had with Living Social, then they should have responded with that in an email to me This is really unprofessional and now trying to put the blame on someone else???? Get Real! If you were a responsible company who wanted to take care of your customers instead of cheat them, you would have made this information known prior to me reporting you to the Revdex.com! You need to take responsibility now! You need to accept your wrong doing and you need to give me back the money you owe me This is the worst kind of service EVER! I have been in customer service for most of my career life and I would never ever promise customers and then cheat them out of what I owed themI would do everything I could to take care of them even if it were someone else's mistake! This is your name, your business your reputation You need to make this right!

Thank you for your reply. We simply to do not have a way to physically refund a transaction that we did not process. We did not alert customers of what was happening as we were promised by the vendor we were contracted to keep waiting for payment. We do not have full time customer support after this happened, as them not paying us affected our company greatly. We are very sorry, but they are keeping money that you paid them that they simply never passed to us.

Have you not read the emails I attached? AFN responded saying that the Living Social voucher was usable but it was not. Living Social did not pay because I cannot redeem the voucher because AFN is not allowing me to!! This is a FRAUDULENT company!!Sincerely,[redacted]

Hello, Living Social needs to issue a refund to this customer. They have not paid our company for the packages that were sold and we were forced to stop shipping them. The transaction on your payment menthol is with Living Social and we strongly advise a refund with them.

This customer did not process her transaction with our company. She paid Living Social and they are the company that needs to issue the customer a refund. Living Social did not pay us for most of the vouchers that were sold through their platform and we had to cease shipping all orders due to this....

We are currently exploring our legal options with them.

We apologize, but unfortunately Living Social kept the funds that you paid them instead of paying our company. This is not the fault of American Farmers Network. They should 100% give you a refund. If they are not giving you a refund, I would advise you contact your credit card company.

It turns out I was not charged by groupon but directly by American Farmers network. Therefore they are the ones who should refund me my$259.00. Thank you, [redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Groupon never paid us for the voucher that you paid them for. I would recommend requesting a refund from them, as they were the company who actually processed the transaction on your credit card. They sold you a voucher to our website that you redeemed, however when their...

bill was due, they did not pay our company. We are sorry for the frustration - over the summer, they were promising to pay and we assumed we would be able to ship orders later on.
