Complaint5 days hotel pre-paid room earned with [redacted] points.Subjected to gross rooms; should have been non-smoking rooms, rooms clearly smoked in, stale odors, mold growing 3/4", rancid food left in refrigerator by previous guests never cleaned by maid, so filthy that black footprints are left on bathroom floor & tub after walking on carpet, pubic hair all over bathroom., NON-DISCLOSURE rooms NOT AIR-CONDITIONED prior to booking, dated plumbing sudden shifts ice cold to scalding hot water in shower, overflowing garbage cans in public areas, beds lacking pillows, soiled torn blood stained linens, gum, syrup sticky material in carpet, when unresponsive housekeeping did arrive at random they entered room repeatedly with no notice when I was nude. Mediocre hotel repeatedly promised to make full amends but did near nothing. Housekeeping supervisor unpleasant to extremely rude and deceptive nothing but excuses and lies. Final day placed "Do Not Disturb" on door after long day granted 2pm checkout. HK supervisor pounded door at 9:10am incessent vulgar manner, then came to the room or called phone 5 times before 2 pm reminding of checkout just to be obnoxious and aggravating. Checked out left parking lot at 2:01pm someone at hotel put in charge for extra day.Called at 2:14 pm to report to Front Desk I had forgotten a toiletry bag and binoculars in the room. Front Desk said no problem, items would be waiting for me at Front Desk whenever I could return to pick up. I returned in evening to pick up items and binoculars were missing no explaination. FDesk stated no problems with my checkout or ability to continue to stay at this hotel again. Subsequently, I needed to book Reno for July 4th. I found Reno rooms sold out & the only hotel I could use my reward points was the same [redacted]. Was promised by cordial caucasian man at FD, that the hotel would provide compensation and make amends for previous stay.Product_Or_Service: Hotel Room StayDesired SettlementArrived in shock to find pre-paid stay for July 4th was being refused. FD Supervisor [redacted] claimed he didn't know why, refused contact with manager, Owner or GM; refused to do anything to resolve problem. I am Diamond level traveler in most hotel chains. [redacted] issued more lies. I asked help from other FD desk man who just sat sullen didn't so say anything. I plead [redacted] for help, driving 7 hrs, step father with me recovering from medical problem. [redacted], "I don't give a fxxk... Get Out" Business Response Absolutely everything in this guest's complaint is false. Guest was a nightmare to deal with and hotel chose to no longer rent to him.Guest assaulted front desk employees by throwing items from the lobby at them while screaming obscenities on his way out of the hotel. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Absolutely everything in this complaint is truth. If it was not truth I would not have never gone this far to expose to the public what kind of business is this. I myself never assaulted any of their stuff let alone thrown stuff at them. [redacted] needs to check their facts correctly before accusing someone. Their response to my complaint once more shows the lack of ethics and dishonesty from this business. Its obvious that they would not accept responsibility for their actions. Plus if I was a nightmare why you let me stay more than 4times? And never acknowledge me of it at any time during my stays?. It's pretty obvious the bunch of lies they want to say to get off the hook. Learn how to be a decent business not a disgrace in front of the public. I know what I experienced and have told the truth but unfortunately my only remaining option is to pursuing legal action against the business to obtain satisfaction and refund. Hope Revdex.com will publish this complaint to caution the public.Final Business Response Guest was witnessed throwing items at front desk staff by 3 employees and 3+guests. Guest has absolutely no proof of any of their allegations, and again, they're entirely untrue. Guest's room was clean and in working order. No rooms were 'left open and messy' around his room. Guest is filing a frivolous lawsuit in order to gain monetary value well beyond what his 4 night stay (and any 'inconveniences') may have been. Hotel will provide statements from the guests who witnessed the incident, and from the housekeepers who refused to clean guest's room, if needed. We have nothing to hide from the public, and we rarely if ever have guest complaints about the quality of our hotel, or its cleanliness. Our staff gets outstanding marks in both professionalism and friendliness, and the same goes for all of our maintenance and housekeeping. All 3 departments personally checked the room that the guest was checked into, and it was at or above Wyndham standards for all aspects of the room. Hotel already credited guest back his points for the unused stays, and we have verified with Wyndham that the points have returned to the account of the guest. Nothing further will be done on behalf of the hotel in regards to this guest.Thank you.
