Tenants are responsible for lot rent and water. Our space rent is $265.00 per month with a $50.00 late fee after the 5th day of the month. I have received a total of $300.00 from Ms.[redacted] and that was paid late. I have no idea when she actually purchased the home as it s not in her name. She filled out the application in April, but it was denied.While placing items under the home, she broke our water lines, which we did fix in a timely manner.
