I have had a very hard time with this business Overall I can see why it rates an F I was hoping to see other complaints but none are listed My house has been sitting unoccupied for months I am in the military over 3,miles away from my property to check on it I left it with Pennink and Huff and I am unhappy I can name so many things but I will do that in a formal complaint

Hello Kay,I am responding to complaint id # [redacted] We received a rental application for [redacted] & [redacted] and explained that we must have the $money orderTo run the application That payment never came to the office so the application wasn’t processed They called multipleTimes and spoke with Natalia and Liz and were told that we could not process without that fee being paid.I’m not sure why you were involved but I have the application canceled at this time and if you haveAny further questions please feel free to email me.Thank you [redacted] Community Manager
