I am rejecting this response because we were told that the Miracoat was what the contractor said would take care of it and that it would be best to do it in June because of the warmer weatherI can't believe *** said they would repair it and now is backing out.

[redacted] contracted out a patio addition for 465.00 (Still Not Paid) Home builder requires us to only use a float finish and then broom. Exterior concrete does have air in the mix approx. 5-7% so it is possible to have a air pocket or two If that's the case I always send someone back to fill in the air pocket. ( Just like I did at [redacted]s Residence). My lead foreman [redacted] meet with [redacted] after the holes were filled [redacted] told [redacted] that he hoped the patio holds up since there were some air pockets. The warranty work was done through the builder not [redacted], I suggest if he has concerns on his concrete work that he should deal with the home builder instead of bringing me in with the Revdex.com (Builder paid for this not [redacted]) We poured the patio on 8-3 and have herd nothing about a dead tree or sprinkler lines till the 12th I am not denying the sprinkler lines due to them being underground. The home builder hires a landscaper to go and to fixes to the grass, sprinkler ,ect [redacted] refers as (Chunks missing out of patio) The couple air pockets that we fixed were not even half the size of a finger nail Chunks??? I want to express again this work was done through the home builder not through [redacted] The patio addition was for 465.00 and again still not paid
Meadows Concrete Construction is contracted through the home builder. According to our warranty with the builder this home was not under there warranty because the driveway exceeded the one year warranty from our contract signed with builder. The home builder requested us to look at...
the driveway to give them our option on what needs to be fixed. [redacted] meet with homeowner and told him that a Miracoat product would fix the problem. Gave the homeowner the information on it. There was no discussion with the homeowner or builder on who was paying for this. This driveway is 2.5 years old. Any warranty issues are between the home builder and homeowner. Meadows Concrete customer is the home builder. We did what home builder asked and that was to look at it. This homeowner needs to work with homebuilder and get this covered through the purchase of his home. Meadows Concrete is trade contractor stuck in the middle. And AGAIN our signed contract with builder is for ONE YEAR.
