Meadows Driving School Reviews (2)

Meadows Driving School in East Longmeadow has been BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner and his wife are completely unprofessional, incompetent individuals who have no concept of what customer service is aboutI made the unfortunate mistake of sending my child to this school prior to investigating it, it's driving school so I assumed they were all the sameI cannot encourage you enough to please do your research before committing to this school! If you take the time to read all of the prior negative reviews online you will find that the issues are consistent, with the exception of some star BS reviews that contradict what the negative reviews stateWe have experienced literally the same exact problems, verbatimThis couple cannot take any form of criticism without becoming defensiveTheir main concern is making money, periodTheir scheduling process for booking on-roads is a complete jokeThe way the owner decided to rectify the situation was to throw my daughter out of driving school after she has already invested 1/of her time into itJust to be clear, my main gripe with them was scheduling on-roadsDue to their outdated system, which is just leave a mesg & they'll call you back, my child has to wait for at least weeks before having the opportunity to do another on-roadFurthermore, it shouldn't become our problem that the school has taken on more students then they can accommodate The owner stated I was being "difficult" but in fact I was simply frustrated & expressing my concernsAt some point in his yelling he also stated that my child should have done the on-roads over the summer I explained to him that my child worked the entire summer working the maximum hours allotted for minors, my child was not available during the summer The owner was arrogant, disrespectful and out of line I am in absolute awe over the amount of people I have spoken to who had the same horrible experience with this driving school yet they are still in business In addition, I should mention that there are two instructors who are employed by Meadows and these two particular instructors are inappropriate with young girls I know of someone who's child was dismissed from Meadow Driving School because a parent complained about an instructor One instructor is an older gentleman who makes inappropriate remarks and jokes to young girls when alone in the car The other instructor is a younger man who had sexual relations with a student, who was a minor at the time I would never make such large accusations without further investigating the matter myself and my statement is 100% accurate I am a business professional and feel strongly about resolving any type of issues quietly and I have never felt the need in my entire lifetime to publicly express my concernsI have written this review not for my personal benefit or to verbally bash MeadowsThis review is being written solely for the purpose to help educate other parents or guardians when selecting a driving school for their childLearn from my mistake!

Meadows Driving School in East Longmeadow has been BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner and his wife are completely unprofessional, incompetent individuals who have no concept of what customer service is about. I made the unfortunate mistake of sending my child to this school prior to investigating it, it's driving school so I assumed they were all the same. I cannot encourage you enough to please do your research before committing to this school! If you take the time to read all of the prior negative reviews online you will find that the issues are consistent, with the exception of some 5 star BS reviews that contradict what the negative reviews state. We have experienced literally the same exact problems, verbatim. This couple cannot take any form of criticism without becoming defensive. Their main concern is making money, period. Their scheduling process for booking on-roads is a complete joke. The way the owner decided to rectify the situation was to throw my daughter out of driving school after she has already invested 1/2 of her time into it. Just to be clear, my main gripe with them was scheduling on-roads. Due to their outdated system, which is just leave a mesg & they'll call you back, my child has to wait for at least 3 weeks before having the opportunity to do another on-road. Furthermore, it shouldn't become our problem that the school has taken on more students then they can accommodate. The owner stated I was being "difficult" but in fact I was simply frustrated & expressing my concerns. At some point in his yelling he also stated that my child should have done the on-roads over the summer. I explained to him that my child worked the entire summer working the maximum hours allotted for minors, my child was not available during the summer. The owner was arrogant, disrespectful and out of line. I am in absolute awe over the amount of people I have spoken to who had the same horrible experience with this driving school yet they are still in business. In addition, I should mention that there are two instructors who are employed by Meadows and these two particular instructors are inappropriate with young girls. I know of someone who's child was dismissed from Meadow Driving School because a parent complained about an instructor. One instructor is an older gentleman who makes inappropriate remarks and jokes to young girls when alone in the car. The other instructor is a younger man who had sexual relations with a student, who was a minor at the time. I would never make such large accusations without further investigating the matter myself and my statement is 100% accurate. I am a business professional and feel strongly about resolving any type of issues quietly and I have never felt the need in my entire lifetime to publicly express my concerns. I have written this review not for my personal benefit or to verbally bash Meadows. This review is being written solely for the purpose to help educate other parents or guardians when selecting a driving school for their child. Learn from my mistake!
