please let me know where and to whom to send the 65$ check to, I will do so when toldi'm not sure what Mr [redacted] means by partially resolved but in my opinion and I will state after Mr [redacted] signs the check for said amount the will be no more recourse on his part in any wayI will state so on the checkAfter I receive the part in the same shape it was sent to him I will notify the Revdex.com to release the check please ship to [redacted] ***As stated above after check is signed, deposited or cash Mr [redacted] I assume I have done all I can to satisfy Mr [redacted] of all of his needs, all rights to any litigations, lawsuits, small claims or any other recourse towards me, my business or otherwise stated shall be null and void

Dale M*** is a stand up guy who does,what he says he is going to when he says he is going to He turns out quality custom products at a reasonable price

I have several messages from this person, only one item was purchased that I admitted may have been a mistake on my behalf, this item was priced at 65$. I offered a refund and return shipping. he refused and wanted to return all the parts he bought. I refused for the reason stated to him that he saw...

various pictures of the items he purchased. I state again that I am not a bmw specialist, the buyer looked at the pictures and paid for the items.   he has threatened me via text which I have all of the conversations. he agreed to return the 65$ part as stated in these text after I send a check to him. I refused to do so until I got the part then I would gladly send a check and cover the return shipping . now he wants to return more of the parts for a total of 290. he obviously goes back and forth on his statements. please feel free to call me at [redacted] and I will gladly scan the text to you on this to show his inconsistent and ridiculous claims. thanks in advance dale m[redacted]
