I bought a car and a month later I am still waiting for a part to fix the airbag lightAlso the advertised disc CD has not worked since day one and still is not fixed

They sold me a lemon, fixed just enough to get it through the 60 day warranty then essentially told me tough nuts. My problem now. On 8/28/13 my mother purchased a vehicle from Meadow Motors 2003 Hyundai Sonata for $5,500 she used her credit card for this purchase.When she purchased the car she was told that the car had just come in and had not checked for any possible issues. A date was set for drop off for inspection of the vehicle on 9/1/13 and could be picked up on 9/5/13. They Meadow motors was informed that the front end was shaking. Work was done she was told that the windshield was replaced as well as the tires. She asked for a work order for what was done to the vehicle, she was told no that they do not have anything to give her.On 9/11/13 Meadow motors was contacted again due to a terrible grinding in the front end of the vehicle and shaking in the front end going over 50-55 mph and the trunk was leaking badly. At this time I asked if there was any way I could be provided with a rental car and was told no. The [redacted] of Meadow motors contacted me as I expressed my concern about the inconvenience being without the vehicle. He stated to me that "they no longer give out loaner cars because they were sued" I again expressed the need to have a vehicle while this one was being worked on again, he said "not going to happen". During this time the car was not driven due to the concern of the safety of the vehicle. Meadow motors was contacted on 9/17/13 to see if the car could be dropped off after 40 minutes I received a call back and was told to drop the car off on 9/23/13 and that we did. Because I needed I car I was left with no other choice than to rent one.Meadow motors called on 9/25/13 later in the day to inform me the car was ready for pick up. I informed them ([redacted]) I was unsure when it would be that I would be able to get a ride for pick up because my mother had surgery and we live in Connecticut so it has been difficult. [redacted] stated that would be fine, anytime, any day, it was ready. I asked [redacted] what was done to the vehicle he said the tires were replaced and spark plugs were replaced. This made me nervous, why replace the tires again they just had brand new ones put on a few weeks prior. I asked what was the grinding noise, he did not know just said the tires were replace. There was shaking over 50-55 mph I was told that that was fixed they replaced the spark plugs. I asked was the car still shaking and was told no it wasn't, I asked if it was taken out somewhere where it could be tested and was told "the shaking is gone". I asked for paperwork on what was done to the vehicle and was told they do not have one.9/30/13 I spoke with Meadow motors, I asked if the leak in the trunk was fixed. [redacted] was not sure and said he would call me back to let me know, he called back and said it was. Once again I asked if I could please have paperwork of what was done to the vehicle and was told no. I was curious as to why and asked "why can't a work order be provided to me for the work that was done" [redacted] said "it is policy" I asked "whose policy" [redacted] responded "[redacted]".There is a 60 day 2,500 mile warranty on this vehicle but we were told (my mother and I) that while the car is being worked on the 60 days still counts towards the 60 days. This experience with Meadow Motors has been frustrating, driving back and forth to MA and CT while the car is in to be fixed again. With little understanding as to why paperwork cannot be given for the work, I am afraid to operate this vehicle with the issues it has had.I am asking that a full refund be made $5,500.00 because there have been issues with this car and no explanation as to what they were or how they were addressed or fixed. Please contact me or my mother (as I am writing in lieu of her as she is unable to do so) within 24-48 hours to let us know what steps are needed either way of what action is needed.Desired SettlementWhat I would like is simple, I just want my money back and for them to take this car back. Business Response on 8/28/13 meadows motor cars sold [redacted] StLouis a 2003 Hyundai sonata she took delivery of the car that day and said she would bring it back in for service on another date on 9/1/13 the car was dropped off for service at which time it completed then sent for new tires on 9/11/13 her daughter call and said it was making noise in front end so we brought it back to the tire store and were informed the new tires they installed were rubbing on the hub caps so they installed another new set then they retest drove it and told meadows it was all set car was dropped on 9/23/13 ready on 9/24/13 after numerious calls to say car was ready it was picked up on 10/13/13 after hours key and slip of work done was left in car am having trouble contacting [redacted] tell to feel free to call anytime [redacted] Meadows motor Cars
