I bought this car a month ago as of this last Mondayfrom the beginning like a week after I had the vehicle it broke down at worki had to argue with the dealership a specific person by the name [redacted] about getting it in the shop and helping me out with this particular problemHe finally agreed to help me out a little so I had to pay a toe truck to come pick up my car while I was work here in Jefferson City then he toed my car over to one of the dealerships shops over in [redacted] its called [redacted] ***i then was told the starter had to be replaced well I didn't have the money to fix it just right off the bat so I had to call [redacted] again and see if he would help me with the bill [redacted] finally agreed to help with the bill then they supposedly replaced the starter for me well a few days go by after I get it out of the shop then it leaves me stranded in Lake Ozark MissouriI call [redacted] and let him know what is happening again and he says he cant help me with it any

I went to JC Auto to find me a car so I pick out GMC TerrainI got it finance through Personal finance companywhen I went to get the car he started it up and I heard noise and I asked him what was the noise he stated that it just needed to warm up because it been sittingI said ok and I asked him for three months warranty and he stated after I pay my down payment which I paid my down payment on June 1, so he gave me the title and papers work to take to loan companyThen I went back to him in two days because the car was still making noise and her said that he would try and get it in a t a place where he has a guy work on his carsbut they couldn't get it in until Mondaybut I told him that I would take it somewhere else to get fixI took it to Callaway auto dealer ship and they stated that they don't know where the noise was coming from and told me to take it to *** *** car dealer in Columbia mo because they work on GMC carsI took it to *** *** in Columbia mo t

that is financed by HUD. A review of the matter by the management firm provides that onsite Management acted in good faith and has not violated the resident's civil rights in any manner whatsoever. The resident, as provided for in her lease documents, wishes to file a claim supporting her allegation the proper venue for the same is with the management firm and lender. Resident's violation notice as well as her rebuttal to the matter will remain part of her file. Should the resident wish to grieve this matter further she has been provided the procedure in writing. If she is unable to locate the grievance procedure she can obtain another copy at the business office.

Branch manager was very polite in trying to resolve my issues with meadow view apts and showed great concern to resolve the problem. I hope this enlighten all managers or others with authority that we are all human and declare to be treated with honest and respect
