I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As stated before I travel weekly and am only home on weekendsI am getting ready to move and wont be living near the MAFCU locationI would really like to be able to make online payments to this credit card without being forced to have another account with this institution to do so I have no objections to canceling the card so it is not active as long as I have access to make payments onlineI would really like to get this issue resolved so that I can pay off the account and move onThank you

This letter is drafted in response to the aforementioned complaint # ***There appears to be two (2) separate
issues to be discussed
The first issue is that of the change in VISA credit card limitOur credit cards are a Risk Based Lending product which
are
evaluated on an annual basisOnce reviewed, if the member no longer qualifies for the credit limit that was
originally granted, a letter is sent with the change in terms that will take placeA copy of the notice provided to

The second issue is the manner in which payments can be made by Mr***Our VISA credit card vendor does not
allow a card that is blocked in this fashion to have online access to the credit card informationHowever, this
information is still made available on a monthly statement that is mailed to the memberAdditionally, the payments can
be made in person at either branch, by postal mail, or online through our Meadville Area FCU WebVision online banking
The WebVision online service can be used to make payments from any other Meadville Area FCU account in the form of a
transfer, and this transfer can be completed hours a day, seven days a week

       As stated before I travel weekly and am only home on weekends. I am getting ready to move and wont be living near the MAFCU location. I would really like to be able to make online payments to this credit card without being forced to have another account with this institution to do so.  I have no objections to canceling the card so it is not active as long as I have access to make payments online. Review: I have had a credit card account with Meadville Area Federal Credit Union for 3 to 4 years now. When I first got the card I was approved for $5000.00 credit. I recently got a new job and began traveling frequently. Before the traveling I hadn't used my credit card in 2 years or so. I attempted to use my card for a hotel and it was declined. I attempted to log into my online account and it said it was locked by the administrator. I called technical support and they informed me that it was the bank that had locked the account. I spoke with the bank and they told me since my credit score dropped below a certain number they dropped my credit I was approved for from $5000.00 to $1000.00. They said that they sent me a letter, which I did not receive. So I asked they bank if they could at least unlock my online account so that I can start to pay the card off. They said that they would not unlock my online account until the amount on the card was below $1000.00. They are only open during the week and I am traveling during the week. I dont understand why I can't pay my bill online just because I don't have any credit left. So they changed my credit limit when they felt like it, claimed they notified me (they didnt), and now are blocking me from paying my bill online.Desired Settlement: If changing my limit is illegal for them to do I would like it changed to the original limit I was approved for. I would also like the bank to unlock my account online so I can pay my bill. They should also think about maybe contacting account holders by phone or email as well as conventional mail when a major change is made to their accounts.
