We’re very sorry we got off on the wrong foot We're sorry that you couldn’t follow directions and then didn’t like Tim having to ask you to back up and explaining to you that you’re blocking the whole entrance and exit of the entire park because you disregarded the sign that says stop here for registration and the clerk politely asking you to wait for an escortTim tells me that he asked you very politely for “the next time” to please do him a favor and not block the gate And maybe that upset you, but you missed the sign and first request! Just like you missed your kid climbing the tree and the policy about not riding the pedal karts in the parking lotHad he sent you to the gate when you jumped on him saying there won’t be a next time and asked what the refund policy was (as he should have), he wouldn’t have had to bother with the other two contacts Most KOA owners I know would have sent you to the gate if you had jumped on them and then asked them what the refund policy was My husband was trying to be nice He did NOT stop by your site more times That is total ** and you know it! He DID, stop back by and told you how to hook up the cable TVHave you ever considered what you are teaching your children by your rude disregard? Or, what kind of an example you are setting for them?
And for your information, KOA does have a one hour, 100% guarentee that is a national policy You could have come to the office, received a full refund and left right then We would have GLADLY refunded your $Please remember, that campgrounds reserve the right to refuse service So when you act like this, and are no longer welcome here, and repeat that pattern enough times, it’s gonna restrict your ability to go to nice campgrounds with your family You do get that, right?
