Review: The past two times I ordered Chinese food from Chinatown Inn the order has been incorrect. The first time I called and was told that the owner would call back. This never happened. The second time was just about 2 weeks ago. The order came and was not correct. I called and was told that when they receive an order they don't check to see if there are any "notes" with the order (i.e. extra sauce, sauce on the side, etc.) they just forward to the restaurant.I specifically make a note every time we have ever ordered regarding the fact that I want the spicy aspect of the sauce on the side and until these two times prior orders were always correct. I realize they don't make the food, but I believe if they are going to put a place for you to specify any changes you want and you complete it then they need to be sure that the restaurant is aware of this. My spouse is very sick and he wasn't able to eat the food and since I paid a nice price for this to be thrown away I'm unhappy. I called and was told the owner would be in that Thursday and I left a message that if they didn't return my call then I would be contacting you.If I'm paying them a fee to bring me what I ordered then I expect the order to be correct. If that means that they need to call the restaurant and ask that they be sure to note the special request then that's what should happen.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the order I received approximately two weeks ago. He couldn't eat the chicken because of the spice nor could he eat the white or fried rice because he has trouble swallowing and the regular sauce I requested would have been placed on the rice to help with the swallowing issue.The fact that both times I asked for a return call and they never returned my calls leads me to believe that they could care less if an order is right because they got their upfront delivery fee.
