I am rejecting this response because: these people did not enter a contract with me and I want to see the so called contract because theirs is not one I had to go throught the nc rehab to get anything done and when you use a 2rd party to relay what you need done you can't ask question or express your concerns the nc rehab does not own * and * worm farm but I do and they would never contact me about my business it was alway somebodyelse from nc rehab they get their paycheck and their there to punch a clock so they have nothing to loseand I never had a contract with triad pc directly but nc rehab might and a bussiness can't keep throwing money aut the door and only show a provet when all you sell are cups of wormsthese people did not do or keep their end of a fake contrack or even a real one if the was one I never layed eyes onit I myself reconmend triad pc to nc rehab because they told me that they had to file paper for requesting to become a vendor if you ask nc rehab to show the applacation date and see mind and you will see that it was after I came their then they came these people mis leaded me into thing that they could help my bussiness grow as you seen in their report they didn't they have not listed me or even placed meta tags so I could befoud all they did was make a fanicey scrap page, unless you knowed the web page name you would not find us if you type in any part of my name forex; worm farm, or wormfarm, worms ) I would not show up because in any way or form just the only thing would be my gmail account and they did not list credit cards that can be taken if a company is going to build a website it's their responsibilty list and do a search engine optimization (seo) to help promote any bussiness not just a page with pay palI have spoken with other web site companies ***,***,***, *** ***, *** and they all told me pretty much the samething your not list we can't find you then I gave them the web page address then they could find me then I had to listen to them to trying to sale me on their sitesstill no sales months no salesI was foolish to keep trying totrust themnow I have found a nother web hosting company and advertysing me in a small not if I can't start hellping defray some of the cost I'll half to close because of the nonsense of fake web hosting and also not aloud my companie in the website to make any changes myself because they would not do it all they done was as little as possable one they give me full controle of the websit and pay for hosting for the next year of hosting I may consider closing this case

From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Thursday, October 01, 2015 1:05 PMTo: [redacted] <[redacted]>Subject: Re: Fwd: Revdex.com letter with complaint infoDear Ms. [redacted],This letter is in response to the complaint filed against us by Mr. [redacted]...

concerning the website we built for him on behalf of the North Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Service. We are saddened that he did not approached us directly to give us the opportunity to resolve this issue in an amicable manner but instead escalated it to this. When we were contracted to build the website on his behalf last fall. It was very clear that we would need him to provide us with the information that would need to be put on the site. On our FAQ page it clearlystates:"In order to make the process go as quickly and as smoothly as possible, we will need all of the content (photos and text) when you are ready to purchase. If you are just doing a website redesign, we can take that information straight from your former website all you would need to submit is any changes or additional information that you would want to include on the site.If this is your first website we can provide you with help to gather all of the information that you’ll need to create your site. And remember all of our plans include some level of ongoing support and maintenance so you don’t have to feel that you will be stuck after your site is up.However, it is still a good idea to provide all of what you want up front." http://triadwebsiteservices.com/index.php/faqs?faqitem=accordion12Mr. [redacted] came in to our shop on multiple occasions and talked at length about his ideas for his business and his site. But he didn't provide us with information, photos or pictures in a format ready to be put online. We talked with representatives form Vocational Rehab, and they informed us that there were parts of Mr. [redacted]'s business that was not completely finished and that they were also waiting on somethings that was delaying getting us (pictures some text). We agreed to wait to receive all the information. The package for his site only included one (1) revision after the first mock-up was done. We had explained to both Mr. [redacted] and the Vocational Rehab representatives that in order for them to get the most from the package that they should give us as much information up front. We would be updating the site quarterly, but it didn't make sense to start out with incomplete information. In January of this year Mr. [redacted] sent us over a mock-up of ideas for what he would like on the site. There were a list of pages that he would like, more than the 7 that was a part of the contract but there was no actionable information no formatted content. We informed him that we would need at least the basic information (Home, About, Services/Products, Contact) in a form ready to put online for the us to get a useful site up and running. We waited but didn't receive the needed information in a form ready to be put online. In June after months of not hearing from Mr. [redacted] we received a call from a representative of Vocational Rehab. Stating that Mr. [redacted] was asking them for more money to hire someone else to create a site for him. Of course they were concerned because they had paid for us to build a site for him. I explained to them what had happened, that we had not received enough information to build a useful, functional website. We discussed the options considering that it had been almost 8 months since they had paid for the site and there were only 4 months remaining until the contract would be done. We, Triad PC Repair, offered to restart the contract from the time that we received the needed information so instead of the contract ending in October 2015. It would end in June 2016. A representative from Vocational Rehab was assigned to work directly with us on Mr. [redacted]'s website. Together we were able to get all the information and pictures together as well as create an online store for him to sell his products. We were informed that his business was going to be featured in several local magazines in September, we had his site up and ready by the middle of August. The site has been live and on the web for less than 90 days.A couple of weeks after finishing the site I requested feedback from the representative that I was working with at Vocational Rehab here is what we received:"I have worked with Triad PC (Amy) for the past couple of months building a website for a small business. She has been a wonderful partner to have in this process. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and always happy to help in any way that she can. She has truly gone out of her way to help with all aspect of the website to ensure its success. I could not ask for better service."It is regrettable that Mr. [redacted]'s business is not going as well as he may have hoped but his lack of success has nothing to do with the service that our company has provided. All the best,Amy M[redacted]Web DeveloperTriad PC Repair/Triad Website Services
