Measure up

Review: This company sales training material for Microsoft Certifications. They imply by their advertisement and refund policy that their practice training will prepare you for the certification test. Their refund policy states that you have to fail the Certification test twice in order with in 90 days of purchasing the practice test and have passed their practice test with 90% or better twice before taking the exam (I passed with 100% twice) in order to qualify. I took my certification test this week and found complete subject matter areas that were not covered in the practice test. Because I have been studying solely with MeasureUp's practice test, I am going to have to find another source to prepare for the certification test before I take the test. Each certification test cost $150, so for me to take the second test knowing that I have not been presented the required material means I am just throwing away $150 to qualify for a refund of $109 for study material. And that is the scam. Nobody can know the study material is incomplete when purchasing it and will find themselves in the same situation as myself after they fail the exam. I believe that is the business model this company has setup - A fake promise to prepare people for a standardized test.Desired Settlement: I would like the money I spent on their product back sense I used their product perfectly - identified by the 100% passing score twice on their test - and still failed the certification test. The only way to have this magnitude of discrepancies between scores if the test were not similar in subject matter.
