Order was placed on *** Representative Anthony P [redacted] collected $from my SNAP card, and took post dated checks; one for [redacted] in the amount of $300, the second for [redacted] in the amount of $ Anthony P [redacted] and I talked at length about how I was getting healthy and I didn't want to purchase meat with water injections and preservatives He said there was none of that, just fresh meat that is flash frozen and vacuum sealed to preserve it We talked about how unhealthy processed food is so much, we even got to talking about his other job as a trainer and he sells for a company called [redacted] He gave me that info too To protect myself, I and MrP [redacted] signed an agreement stating such; that the meat was " [redacted] " He was hesitant because he said, " [redacted] " I said " [redacted]

At the end of June 2016, a door to door salesman came and offered us some high quality steak packagesAfter consuming one set of steaks, I found myself not feeling wellTurns out, the steaks were tenderized with milk and wheat, both of which, I am allergic to I called on July [redacted] to request them to pick up all the remaining meat and to refund our moneyIt took THREE weeks of calling every day before I finally got someone to come and pick up the productProduct was picked up and returned on August ***, I called on September [redacted] to see what the status of my refund wasI was told my check had been mailed out on the [redacted] and should arrive by the following week The check never arrivedI called again on September ***, gave Dave, supposed customer service manager, my updated credit card information and was told it would be refunded to my bank account within 24-hoursThat was SEVEN days ago and still, NO REFUND! I call and leave messages and Dave NEVER returns

On March **,I purchased beef from this company, days cooking the steak the following day, it was terrible got very sick, called the company the following Monday and they keep saying they are going to return my calls and they are not being returned, one person states they will pick up the meat and give us our $dollars back, and then you don't hear from anyone, I spoke with a mike, a david and also I believe it was dana or diane, no one ever calls backThen I finally have someone schedule a pick up for today and they said they would call me to confirm and nothing , they said oh I have to call you back in minutes, NOTHING!! Now no one is answering and I paid 180$ for this top of the line steaks that are garbage and gave me food poisonI have tried everything with these people and its getting out of hand, its supposed to be 100% guarantee with money back!! The seller was so shady he never wrote a price or what boxes of meat I bought since the price started at $

Upon purchasing the meat from the door to door salseperson, I was informed that if I was at all dissatisfied with my purchase that all I had to do was contact the number on the pamphlet provided, and I would be able to return the product with a full refund. I have been trying to contact all of the numbers and email addresses provided since just a few hours after making the purchase, they are all either disconnected or "too full to leave a message." This is unacceptable. Lying to make a sale, and then not being good on your word?? How are these people even still in business? I want my money back.

Guy came to my door saying he had extra meat left at end of day and would sell it to me 1/price ($200)Told him I didn't have $He said I could give him a post dated check which I refused to doKept pressuring me so asked him how much for t-bonesSaid he couldn't split up boxAfter about min he finally leftAn hr later back at my door saying neighbor bought part of box (told me he wasn't able to do this) and he could sell me the t-bonesGave him the $just so he would leave and took the steaksThey were the worst things I ever tasted and mushy consistencyI threw them outI live among a lot of elderly in my community who are on fixed incomeI hope I never see that company here again trying to take advantage of them (i am significantly younger and he got me!)

I bought a steak case from joe $and got a seafood case and chicken case for free I was a bit sceptical at first but once me and my wife grilled up the steaks we were very pleased with the product My neighbor also purchased a case of steaks from joe and they were also pleased not only was joe very professional to me and my neighbor he also gave us his personal phone number and we will definitely be ordering again from him

Chicken was rotten and made adults and child sickUpon further inspection we realized most if not all of the chicken and meat was no good (chicken was slimy or discolored, steak was discolored)Called numerous times and was told "Dave" will call me back, Dave never calledKept calling until I spoke to Dave and I was told to hold the meat/chicken and a truck would come replace it, truck never cameWas told this again over the next months but only by the receptionist because Dave "was busy and unable to take my call"

We purchased a $meat package from an aggressive door to door salesman representing meatsavings.com (AKA: US Beef or Northeastern Beef) Once reading the labels & ingredients (not just meat!!!!) on their packaging boxes & seeing their sarcastic responses to FAQ's on their website, I decided to pursue further online reviews After investigating further online & on the Revdex.com website, my suspicions were confirmed & we chose to invalidate the sale within our day right to cancel time frame After seeing that refunds were next to impossible to get from this company I chose to stop payment on the $check A phone call was made and a message was left with the company explaining our intentions along with a request that they come back to pick up the merchandise We never received a response from them, however, we did receive a notice from a debt recovery service weeks later I find it ironic that they are so quick to put us into collections when I see the num
