I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
[redacted] never said anything about pest damage for this tree.  He's thinking of the several other items that he planted that came infested according to [redacted] so I had to spend even more money to get those to survive.    For this tree, he said it still had a bit of life and asked me to wait one more year and, of course, 1 year warrantee would still hold - even [redacted] warrantees their trees.I did have [redacted] come out and they indicated that there was no pest involvement for this planting. I had no phone messages from [redacted]. Regards,

I did speak with the client in May of 2015 and informed her the plant was still alive, and had insect damage. I advised her to call [redacted] and have it treated, and it should recover from the damage. I received another call from her this spring, I did go inspect the tree, and it still...

has severe insect damage. The damage that is being caused is not due to how it was planted or the quality of the tree so therefore would not be covered under any warranty. Furthermore I can't find any supporting documentation that shows a 1 year warranty. So I would like to see copies of the pesticide treatments for the tree, and something that shows the it was warrantied for a year. I have tried to contact the customer twice and left voice mails with no response. My email address is [redacted].
