On May [redacted] contacted [redacted] Via Facebook regarding a Dodge Magnum with asking price of $4,W.A.C (With Approved credit) When Ms [redacted] contacted [redacted] about the dodge magnum [redacted] made it clear the price of $4,is was a one day only sale price and that the price would go back to $5,Ms [redacted] wanted to know how to qualify for the $down payment special, [redacted] informed Ms [redacted] we would need to run her credit and informed Ms [redacted] of the paper work that would be needed for the approvalMs [redacted] did not qualify for the $down deposit [redacted] informed Ms [redacted] that she did not qualify for $down payment but she did qualify for $1,Down paymentMs [redacted] asked for the total purchase price of vehicle with everything [redacted] informed her the total price including tax, tags, gap insurance and a month/ 57,mile extended warranty would be $Ms [redacted] wanted to talk it over with her boyfriendMs [redacted] called [redacted] back to inform him that they are still interested in the vehicle and would be in on Monday May because Ms [redacted] could not make it in on Saturday May she asked us to hold the vehicle at the price of $ [redacted] Asked for a deposit Ms [redacted] Informed [redacted] that she did not have the money in the bank and asked if we could hold the vehicle at price [redacted] informed her that we would give her the price of $on Monday May Ms [redacted] Came in on Monday May around 10:am with her boyfriend Ms [redacted] informed [redacted] that the Dodge magnum was being purchased for her boyfriend because they had been searching a dodge magnum and this would be perfect for himMs [redacted] asked her boyfriend about his desire for the vehicle and wanted to make sure that this was the vehicle he wantedAfter the test drive Ms [redacted] went into the office with [redacted] **where he proceeded to break down the total amount of $explaining the different fees related to the vehicle purchaseAt this point Ms [redacted] was informed for the second time that she would be paying an additional price for the extended warrantyMs [redacted] was concerned about the price and wanted to go back into the show room to speak with her boyfriend that was waiting with their daughter Ms [redacted] informed him on the price of the warranty and asked him (her boyfriend) if he wanted her (Ms [redacted] ) to continue with the purchase the boyfriend called his brother in front of [redacted] and asked if he would be willing to do any future work that the vehicle may need [redacted] informed Ms [redacted] as well as Ms [redacted] ’s boyfriend of the value of having the warranty and that not only does the warranty cover labor but parts as wellAt that point Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend came to a mutual agreement to purchase the vehicle as well as the warranty Ms [redacted] than went back into the office with [redacted] **to finish processing the dealMs [redacted] got into the car that they originally pulled up in and her boyfriend left in the dodge magnum Ms [redacted] ’s boyfriend came in and asked about the location of paper work he was informed by [redacted] **as well as myself [redacted] that the paper work was given to Ms [redacted] he (boyfriend) went outside and came back and told [redacted] that he located the paper work and a copy of the warrantyThey left? Ms [redacted] came back the next day Tuesday May to get another copy of warranty and to look at a truck for herselfMs [redacted] left Gregory Automotive Group while one of our associates took the vehicle through inspection at the DMV The vehicle passed inspection with no problemsWhen Ms [redacted] informed [redacted] Jrof the recall issue Jrimmediately contacted a local Dodge Dealership to have the vehicle schedule for the repair at no cost to Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] was notified of the appointment date & time which Ms [redacted] agreed to and later Ms [redacted] called the dodge dealership she (Ms [redacted] ) had canceled the appointment which she never rescheduled.? Ms [redacted] was informed that the repair would take about two hours, we offered to set up transportation for Ms [redacted] ’s convince for one of our company’s? ? employees to take Ms [redacted] home and pick Ms [redacted] to return her to her vehicleMs [redacted] refused and asked for a loaner vehicle or to be provided with a rental vehicleMs [redacted] was informed by [redacted] Jrthat we do not offer rental service or vehicle loaner services but we do have a company vehicle driven by a company employee that would be more than happy to assist her in providing the best service possibleMs [redacted] informed [redacted] Jrthat she was misinformed about the warranty by [redacted] and [redacted] **and told that it was free, [redacted] Jrinformed Ms [redacted] that if she was in fact mislead that he would make good on an agreement for refundAfter carefully reviewing all the details with ***, [redacted] **as well as all the written communication between Ms [redacted] and [redacted] it was determined after careful review that Gregory Automotive Group and all associates involved presented all information correctly and did everything possible to help Ms [redacted] with all questions also the vehicle has been looked over with no major problems

I as [redacted] disagree with the issues presented from Gregory automotive, the reason being as followsI contacted [redacted] via Facebook from the post of the dodge magnum I was and have been looking for a vehicle since April because I had a unfortunate event occur with my vehicle being stolen on the 24th of April I informed [redacted] that and that I needed a reliable vehicle for myself and children that I could afford and the dollar down payment was in my price rangeAfter going over different questions on how to apply for the vehicle via Facebook messanger [redacted] assisted me in the processI was informed that the vehicle was set at dollars cheaper because the vehicle was just brought in And also they wanted to see how well Facebook could assist in selling vehicles on their car lotI called roughly mins to mins before they closed on Sat and indicated that I couldn't get in to see the vehicle and they where closed on Sunday if they would hold the price for me to come see on Monday? Once my credit report came back and I was approved for the car but instead of a dollar down payment it would be a dollar down payment and I told [redacted] I wasn't too sure because that's all I had to my name after the event of my vehicle being stolenat this time [redacted] said let me speak to my boss to see what we can do, he put me on hold and got back on the phone and mentioned offering me a warranty for years or miles not indicating I had to pay for this warranty I interpreted as him telling me for my troubles of the down payment it would be added inWe then spoke about the down payment and they asked me to pay over the phone I told them I didn't have a active debit card to pay over the phone and my other money was in my savings accountI also asked if I could pay on Monday and bring the other they agreedthat Monday I went in with my fiance because we had a rental that needed to be taken back and I couldn't drive both vehicles at the same timewe had our son's with us we came spoke to [redacted] for a split second I gave him my license and took the car for a test drive around the corner and back because we where cutting close to the time we had to take the rental back [redacted] was aware he walked us around the car spoke highly of the vehicle and brought us in to file paper workAt this time I spoke with SR whom was assisting me with the car, he was telling me about the vehicle and that he was the original owner before selling the car to a friend, and the friend had the car garage kept and sold it back to him several days before I came to see the vehicleas SR and I sat in the office alone going over everything he was telling me his personal issues with his heart complications on vacation in Mexico no more then a month before the day he assisted meMe engrossed in his story and worried for him because he was on medications and saying that he wasn't yet supposed to be fully working and lifting items and telling me he was indeed lifting and forgetting of his surgery I was focused on his personal well being instead of paying attention to the paper workSR was very nice but he was rushing because I informed him I had to take the rental back while going over everything with me about the documents on the computer he said I had to sign things before moving forward because once he hits to the next page he can't go backAgain telling me his personal story I looked at the screen and noticed the prices didn't add up, I said excuse me wait what is this he then broke everything down and explained it to me and I said wait I was informed by [redacted] that the warranty was added in I said I don't want to pay for extended warranty when [redacted] made it seem like they where helping me out because of how high my down payment wasI stepped out to speak to [redacted] he said he apologize but he was knew and he didn't mean to mislead me but if I didn't want the warranty I was not obligated to purchase I said excuse me and asked my fiance to call his brother to ask if he knew how to work on that vehicle and [redacted] came over interuppted us and said he might now how to fix it but you would still have to pay for the parts and if the transmission or engine blow I would have to cover itMe starting to worry about what had just occurred with my previous vehicle I agreed to get it anywayI spoke to SR to continue to the paperwork and he said if your trying to save money once you make your first payment call the bank and tell them you want to cancel the gap insurance, but don't tell them I told you I'm not supposed to inform you thatI said thank you he said he was printing up my papers and making a copy of my insurance for me to place in the car and said the car registration would be quick and sent over with in days to DMVWhen leaving I didn't know where the papers where they had put a envelope in the car I didn't see I asked my fiance to go get them from inside and they told him where the papers whereI got the envelope and took it in to make sure I had everything and SR informed me the rest was still being printed and processed that I could pick them up the following day because he needed me to bring the car back to get inspectedI started to have and see minor issues with the vehicle and I was told what the warranty coverage I had was, but I was never giving the copy of the warranty or the paper work for the warrantyA few days later I noticed the open recall as I mentioned in my other complaints, JR at this time was the individual I spoke with and didn't want to help me until I mentioned bringing the car back at that time he did make me a appointment but had lied to me saying he had called to have it fixed before that date and when I spoke to dodge they denied him ever calling before hand that they had no record of itI called JR back asking for assistance and again at this time I didn't know what my warranty covered he said it didn't cover a rental or they didn't offer one and I was unable to drop it off because I had no ride and issue with getting my children to and from school and daycareAfter further issues I asked about doing a trade in on a suv on his lot and he showed me the suvs but told me he couldnt just take the car back and I would loose out on money because he wouldnt give me back what I paidAgain as I mentioned in my other complaints I gave all the information on the days and events that have occurred following my initial complaint with information that backs everything up.Today is currently June 18th I do not agree I am unhappy the vehicle still has all of the same issues the vehicle is currently taking long to start the car it seems as if it is stuttering and workojg hard to start it, this issue doesnt occure all the time the police officer assisted me in the number and information on the warranty to get problems fixed with the car I have a appointment set up but again I want no further business with Gregory automotive I do not want to remove my complaint I want to return the vehicle and receive my money backI have received horrible treatment and have been threatened disrespected,? mislead, lied to and taken advantage ofI have been in contact with the bank I sent you that information I have also been in contact with consumer protection? ? ?
