Mechanic 4 UR Car and Truck

The car was done when I start doing the job a contract was made in that contract I specified there was a change that the motor may have more than just head gasket blownFirst fiagnose was and found there was no engine oil, heavy smell of over heated engine, no coolant, no tensioner, no drive belt
to the water pump,
He states the they tow the car from *** Waipio and he didn't have $to pay them and they refuse to fix the car because they say the same thing as I say when the timing belt brakes when the engine is running pretty much is a big demage to the engineWell I took the job I took the heads to a license professional shop to fix the heads mr*** deal was with the shop and he was notify that the warranty of the heads is between shop and mr***When I pick up the heads I install them and what happens is the mix up the cams in wrong places so I called the Omer of the shop he came to my place and he said or he told me which way the cams place ones againg I don't do heads the shop did so warranty was between shop and mr*** I was just installing what they him mePlus I never get pay the full amont of the money and last time I went to show mr*** why the car was running rough he and kids were filming me they were drinking mr*** past out at the side walk drunk and I also called the cops because mr*** was threaten me and also I called the cops two day later he got in to an accident in the same car drunk

best service to all our customersI feel Mr*** is doing this because he has stated that he is in a financial situation an this is an easy way to get additional services he can't affordSo this is how it all began on or about early or mid October of Mr*** (who was referred by our tow truck friend) contacted our business seeking assistance for his vehicle a Cadillac CTSMr.*** stated during our phone conversation that the vehicle had NOT been running and was previously taken to *** Waipio prior to him seeking service with our businessArrangements was made and Mr.*** agreed that he wanted me to do a diagnostic to find what the problem wasThe following day, we went to Mr.***' residence in Mililani (townhouse) to do an initial diagnostic, upon arrival the vehicle was definitely NOT running, the vehicle did NOT have any coolant (completely) dry, it did NOT have a tensioner belt or any belts which meant that the car had over heated and the water pump stop rotating which eventually broke the external beltMr*** was well aware of that and stated that " when he had taken the vehicle to *** Waipio, they had told him the same thing"The car did not run because the timing belt jumped, *** and I both know that all Cadillacs except for the timing chain ones that what happens is all the valves are going to be bent because there is no clearance between the pistons and the valvesHe wasn't willing to pay Goodyear's priceMr.*** asked me if I can do the job and if he can pay a little here and there because he just got heart surgery and was in a financial predicamentThat was also his reason for selling his townhouse in MililaniAn agreement was then made and my tow truck friend then towed the vehicle from the customers house to my residence in WaipahuI started working on the vehicle by first removing the heads in which all the valves were bent and Pistons were hit by the valvesI then notified Mr.*** that I will be taking the head cylinders to a professional shop (Synder) but that he was responsible for the payment and arrangements of the headsMr*** contacted me stating that he made the payment and even got a discount because he explained his situation to *** (also reference Mr***' credit card statement because the was the method of payment)While that was going on I ordered a speciality tool to do the rest of the jobWhile the heads were being done I completed the remaining jobWhen I picked up the heads, I noticed one cam was placed on the wrong side and only reason for that was because there is a cam sensor, I immediately contacted *** and explained that one cam was not in proper place, *** then came to my residence the same day and advised me to move the cam to where the cam sensor is and then he asked me to stop by his shop to see the specifications of that particular engine, once again I don't do resurfacing or valves, we take the head as a unit and when we pick up the heads it is as a unit, what they do in the shop I have no knowledge, they have 5-workers, if they put the cams in the wrong place that is not my fault*** did a full rebuilt and replaced all the valves (all valves were bent), Mr*** was notified and shown all damaged partsAround that time my work truck was stolen from my residence with all my tools gone, all that was needed to be put in was the exhaust with bolts to be put in placeI figured the gentlemen at *** was his brother he was not going to be charged to put the exhaust back and me not having any of my needed toolsI received a phone call from Mr*** saying that the vehicle was running rough, so we agreed to meet up in his words "at his brother's shop (*** Waipio), so MrSynder, Mr.*** and his wife, his brother and all the mechanic's that worked on the car and myselfMr.***' wife, who is employed with Forest City (which is a military maintenance For the military housing) was doing all the talking and harassing me at the same time, so around to people that worked on the vehicle pointed the finger to me cause I was the last one that worked on the vehicleThe vehicle was towed back to his house and we made another appointment for me to recheck the vehicleThen about a couple days later I returned to his residence, I first took off the timing cover and showed Mr. *** the timing marks and showed him what I had done on the vehicle, two marks on each head and one mark on crank shaft pulley everything on point, pictures were takenWhile I was working on the vehicle, Mr.*** was intoxicated and had passed out and completely fell onto the ground, I assisted him by picking him up at which time he had a strong smell of alcohol, about 10-minutes later two male teenagers had came to the job site one in which he had a beer can in hand drinking and that's when the harassment began, irrelevant questions had raised and constant inappropriate questions in regards to what kind of knowledge I have for vehicles, and without my permission they were filming meI was recording the whole incident before I started the jobAfter feeling uncomfortable with the situation I immediately packed up all my belongings and proceeded to leave, as I was leaving Mr***' residence he began threatening meI then went to Safeway not to far from his residence I immediately call the police and requested to meet a police officer to file a complaint of harassment and for documentation of the incident, police report can be furnished upon requestThen shortly after Mr.*** continuously called my work phone and keep harassing me and insisted that he didn't do anything wrongShortly after Mr.*** had crashed his vehicle driving under the influence and tried to get his vehicle towed but was denied by the police due to DUI
On another note the job took longer then intended due to funding because Mr*** had to wait for his SSI checksSo on that note I feel that the only reason he would be starting this complainant is to get more money because of his situation and plus I have not had any contact with him nor will I ever do business with himBecause of this vicious and allegations my business has lost $10,

frist of all *** stated that he could fix the car and the car was not fixedif it was why did he bring my car back on a tow truck*** states he removed the heads and took it to MrSnyder to get done which he did and he did an excellent job (mrSnyder) when *** put the heads back together he put the cams back on wrong (now its between *** and myself) because of that the car had no compressionso when *** came to my home and we went over what he did my nephew was there videoing the conversation and the car *** was well aware that he was being videoedOn the video you can hear clearly that *** is steadily blamming MrSnyder*** also states he messed up then got upset and walked awayno police was called and as for myself I was not drinkingI paid *** the money that he asked for and then some cause he said that his truck got stollen with all his tools in itBottom line is my car was not fixed right from *** and that caused me to take it to the cadilla dealership and ended up paying more moneyi took my car to good year to have it checked to see why there was no compression and they told me that the cams were put on wrong and then they towed my car back to my home and thats when all this took place (video)*** did not ask me to pay them $to fix my car *** didthe timing belt was not broke good year took it off to get furthere into the engine*** put the timing belt back on and started the vehicle before adjusting and that caused the heads to get warppedso now more issues with my car
