wow....they were called to check on the air conditioner, not the furnace They had installed a air conditioning unit before as I previously stated in my original complaint At no time did I speak with the owner, just the tech related the message and was given instructions to charge $for the duct tape job I had a check written out for $and they would not accept it At no time did they offer to give me my money back..this guy is delusional and a liar I was more than happy to pay the service charge

we offered her just to pay the service charge of $50- dollars and we would drop the $30-dollar repair chargeThe customer was still unhappy and just chose to pay the total amount owedShe then told us she was going to make a complaint with the Revdex.com. She expected us to come to her house and repair her furnace for free because she had purchased a condenser from our company in the past

Here is a copy of the invoice stating what was worked on. It shows that the customers information is incorrect and her slander of our company is unnecessary. We appreciate her business and payment and will not refund her repair charge for services. We consider this matter closed and will not respond again to her false statements. Thank you, Brian
