We did indeed make a repair to Mrs. [redacted] home in Aledo Tx on May 29th, 2017. The system required a new fan motor. We installed a "Rescue Motor" which is a term we use for a Universal motor which means it works on multiple systems. The motor was indeed installed to the manufacturers...

specifications. Mrs. [redacted] after the repair was made stated that she did not want the motor, she wanted an OEM Motor or Original Motor from the specific manufacturer of her system. We don't feel as if anything was done improperly or incorrectly its simpley a misunderstanding. I will stand behaind the repair made. And I would like to consider this matter closed as nothing at Mrs. [redacted] home was installed incorrectly and the system was fixed.

try to schedule maintenance check ups as we do with all of our customers annually, all attempts to service the equipment were declined. I feel this problem could have been caught had proper maintenance been done.
