While seemingly professional be aware that they are looking to rape you. The charge for an estimate is super reasonable, more to lull you. My air conditioning unit had a leak and lost all 14 pounds of freon. The unit uses R22 which is being phased out. Even so, they charge $75 per pound - having family in the business in another state I am aware that a can of R22 costs between $300-350. This is not profit it is rape.

We used this company in the past to fix our AC unit. Our AC unit was acting up a little over a month ago and we had them come out to look at the unit on a Friday. Tech was in and out of the house within 8mins, looked everything over and said no issues. I got home from work that night and the house was very warm, no sound of the ac going, yet it was switched to on. Saturday called back, they had another set of techs come out later that night and found that the blower and motor were out, didn't have the parts with them and said they would not be able to come until Monday sometime, the tech rigged the AC so that it was on but it could not be shut off. I had to turn the breaker to the house and to my ac unit in the attic for it to turn off because we had no control over the temp, it just ran and ran and ran. Monday comes around, we explained that we didn't have the money for the parts that needed to be replaced and they agreed to do a payment plan. Needless to say the parts were installed, no arrangement for a payment plan was held up, so we will never be using or recommending this company to anyone. It was a huge hassle, dealing with management was a joke, super rude and unprofessional and we were left stranded because the tech originally that was here on Friday was to busy trying to get on vacation so things were not addressed and as a customer and $500 later, we should have been taken care of. Now our heater is no longer working and was told that was not there issue because one has nothing to do with the other.
