I apologize for the inconvenience to Mr& Mrs [redacted] but the problem with the electrical panel is not our installation The problem is due to illegal wiring that was found by our electrician when we started the installation for the refrigerated air equipment At that time Chris P [redacted] (our head electrician) discussed the options with Mr [redacted] The repair that is needed at the home has nothing to do with the heating and air installation but a prior pool installation We have offered to take care of the problem at a reduced cost $2,rather than the cost of $2950.We are waiting for Mr& Mrs [redacted] to get back with us as to their decision.Sincerely;Sandy A***General Manager###-###-####

Our apologies to Mr*** for the excessive delay. Normally refunds are processed promptly but in this case there was made here in the office. The day that Mr*** called the refund was sent to our accounting department and the check should go out any day now.Sincerely;Sandy

The response is as follows: We apologize for any inconvenience that the customer experienced. Our service comes with a day guarantee and our phones are answered hours a day by an employee of our organization. We would have been happy to come back out if there was a problem
with our service and there should have been no issue with contacting our company Per the customer’s complaint they waited weeks to get repairs done by someone else. We invested our time and our refrigerant for this call and we will be pursuing collections on this unpaid bill. Sincerely; Sandy A***General Manager

MCS did in fact send a technician to address the issues that were not up to codeHowever, I am still waiting for MCS to
arrange for the inspection with the city to make sure the work meets codeAs far as I’m concerned, this is not a closed case until the city approves and signs off on the installation.

If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] I called several times less than 24 hrs. after the refrigerant ran out due to a leak. The technician never checked for a leak prior to putting the refrigerant in at 8:15 p.m. after he arrived very late after our scheduled appointment.

I'd like to offer my sincere apologies for any miscommunication on this call.  We did the tune up for the customer in May and then returned in June and replaced the part.  When the customer had a repeat issue in July, we explained that if it was an issue with our workmanship or the part...

there would be no charge for the call.  If it was unrelated to the prior work there would be a diagnostic and a charge for the repair.  Unfortunately until we put eyes on the issue we couldn't tell if it was warranty or not but I can tell you that we always honor our warranty and if would have been an issue with our workmanship or the part we would no charge the call.   We are still committed to making this right and in an effort to do that we would be glad to come out and take a look at the issue at no charge. We will continue to work to make you happy with our services because in the end, our goal is always to take care of your needs, deliver outstanding customer service and quality work.

I am sending you this email to let you know that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I received a refund check along with a letter of apology and restaurant gift certificates. March 31, 2015To Whom It May Concern;Mr. [redacted]’s job was done under his wife’s name [redacted]. We unfortunately had [redacted] and[redacted] being installed at the same time. In order to have [redacted] send out the cash card, wehave to process their sale through the [redacted] website. The lady who did that...

for us at the timeprocessed [redacted] twice and didn’t process [redacted].Mr. [redacted] stopped in the office which is the first I was aware of it and upon finding out whathappened I requested a check from our accounting office. As soon as it was available we calledMr. [redacted] and he came in and picked it up.We apologize for any inconvenience that we caused the customer but this issue should be completely resolved now.Sincerely; [redacted] Division Manager
