Review: Just ten minutes after the master plumbers of 50 + years of experience left my house I noticed a leak on the new work that was finished just ten minutes prior.Reluctantly the plumbers came back soon enough.Then about 24 hrs later I went back to inspect again, I found another leak and this time I was told that the plumbers couldn't come to check the leak since the plumbers were already home . On day 3 the plumbers were finally going to take the old water tank and check the second leak in the a.m. only to come home that day to a water pump that no water to pump, since the plumbers installed a valve that prevented water to flow . I know this because $303.46 later [redacted] corrected F[redacted]'s work.Desired Settlement: My experience with F[redacted] Plumbing was very surreal , I was disrespected by Mr. Tony V[redacted] in a very distasteful manner , I don't know how this folks stay in business , I spoke to Rich, the owner and he said that he would write me a check for $100 for "my troubles" , I paid close to $2000 to install a new water storage unit and connections which I think it is plenty of money to still have to put up with poor workmanship,negligence and lack of professionalism, I don't know how this people are listed on [redacted] or how they belong to the Revdex.com. F[redacted] needs to pay me for the [redacted] bill and would like for Revdex.com and [redacted] to investigate them for their business practices, since they are absolutely clueless as far as both costumer service and their trade . I have pics , video and text messages in my interactions with this "contractors".

I would like to say that we have done everything in our power to satisfy this customer. After the initial installation of our water tank, we did have a leak and responded immediately and went back to rectify the situation, there was no satisfying this customer after that. This customer has become so irate and began to batter me over the phone stating I had no clue on what I was doing. In all my 30 plus years in this trade, I have never dealt with a customer with such anger. It is in our best interest to try and solve customers problems, not intensify them, it is because of our customers that we are in business. I had talked to the wife and assured her that we would do whatever it took to try to to make them happy, but to no avail. She had contacted the owners and refused to speak to me.
