The information that the store clerk provided is not factual.    She did not disclose that the items in  the back of the store was not on sale.  The clerk never mentioned the seperation of store and back room until I visited the store 2 days later.  My niece has returned to college and the item was not available to be returned.   I would appreciate the reimbursement of $32.50 plus tax.

Review: I was ordering a meet and greet ticket on [redacted] official site (shopify) for $250.00 on 08/20/15 . On the site it said it would be emailed and I would be receiving a call 7 days prior to the day of the meet and greet even though I got a order number #[redacted] when I purchased I never received a email or call regarding anything nor cancellations. But was still charged $250.00 . I had to cancel my whole trip because of this , and crushed as a fan that got ripped off from his site! I don't ever want anyone to feel how I felt ! Please figure out why they do this to people because it's not right.Desired Settlement: I want them to apologize for whatever happen and tell me why I didn't receive anything. I do feel they owe me a meet and greet. And what I paid for !

Review: I took my niece shopping at this store. There was a sign for 50% off everything and the sales people said this when entering the store. My niece selected a hoodie and t-shirt, the size she needed for hoodie was in back of store/inventory. The staff bought her the size needed from the back. At checkout we were told the hoodie was not 50% off because it came from back, only items in store were 50%. The hoodie was $65.00 vs being 32.50. This bothered me because wouldn't the store include inventory in back? I paid for items, left. After thinking more about this, I felt this was deceptive advertisement and fraud. I have never known any store to handle a sale in this manner.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive reimbursement of $32.50 + taxes paid.
