Review: I am requesting a credit of $330.00 for an overcharge. I was charged $1526.20 on November 12, 2013 for 4 sheets of corrugated sheeting at $330.00 each and delivery charge of $226.20. On November 17 2013, I added two sheets to my order. Again, the price is $330.00 per sheet. I did not know until my credit card statement came, but I was charged $990 instead of 660 for the two additional sheets. Apparently, someone thought I added three sheets. I called on various occasions to verify that I only need six total sheets. They finally shipped the six sheets of material to me at the end of January. I have been promised a credit several times since then.

I was promised a credit by Jan 27th.

On February 3rd I was promised a credit that day.

On March 6th I was told they were having trouble crediting my credit card account. They were sending a check the next day.

There are many more conversations that were not documented. I believe the three listed gave ample time to send a check or credit our account.

I just tried to call again, and they answered and said our company name and hung up. I now know for sure that they are avoiding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1Desired Settlement: I just want the $330.00 refunded to us that they overcharged.
