fan control which I repaired for FREE. Now as I was told by the person who lives next door they had a bad storm which took out the compressor. The 3 times I went out to look at the unit no one was home and there was no power to the out door unit. Since then I have had family members calling up causing my office staff writing nasty things on [redacted] about my company. I have tried to explain that I can not control power surges and they need a electrician to look at the panel box inside the house for grounding problems or loose wire connections. Which has nothing to do with my companies work. But no they think I should pay for the electrician. I only installed the out door unit that does not mean I repair the whole house.

I am rejecting this response because: The unit was installed August 1, 2013 with a one year warranty. It has not been a year so I want my outside unit replaced. He came to my house one time (May 15, 2014) and was told we would be home from 6 am to 6 pm. We stayed home until 6:30 and he never showed up until almost 7 pm. He had 12 hours to come and never called to inform he would come later. We never had a bad storm, that is a lie. I have the receipt which he wrote 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I have 2 small children and animals and we cannot go without air. I want it fixed or my money back or I will see you in court because I contacted the Virginia Board of Contractors and they have no record of a Philip Smith even being licensed or anything about your company, Mechanical Systems Improvement.

Review: We purchased a central air unit from Mechanical Systems Improvements llc. The company gave us a 1 year warranty on product, and told us the unit was only 3 years old

a few months after we purchased the unit and they installed it, The compressor went out, and after several attempts to get ahold of the company and have them come out to look at the unit, We had to have another company come look at it and discovered the unit was 12 years old not 3 and that it needed a compressor and mabe more. We was also informed that we would need a new unit because the age the unit the company installed. We also have Had really high electric bills right after the unit was installed, and the other company said the compressor has been going bad which made us have the really high electric billsDesired Settlement: REPAIR IF POSSIBLE OR REPLACE
