I am rejecting this response because: I cashed their check on 4/14/18, and the bank has just informed me that it was written on a closed accountNow, I'm overdrawn $706.00! They need to reissue me a good check, they have now committed fraud! And, 99% of their response is false! They ruined my car! And, now my financial status!

We are not going to deal with customer anymoreWe have refunded the customer his money for the cost of the labor ($714)He agreed to the refund and signed a copy of the invoice saying he agreed to the refundThe refund check has not been cashed or cleared our bankThat is on the customerWe

The original refund check was never cashed by customer when refund was made. Customer tried cashing check ONLY AFTER being informed that there was nothing more we could do for him. The account the original check was written on was closed at the beginning of April due to fraudulent activity. Customer called on 4/18/18 and a new check was issued without complaint and cleared our bank on the same day. We in no way ruined the customer's financial status and take no responsibility for his personal account being overdrawn. Customer has been refunded for the repairs. Please see attached.
This is the ONLY shop in Spokane I will take my vehicle to. I know that the job will get done right and [redacted] is honest and fair. I have been going here for almost ten years for all of my vehicle needs. Great shop, great employees, amazing customer service! They are voted best shop in town for a reason!!!
Mechanics Pride is the best shop in town. Unlike a lot of other mechanic shops, you can trust That [redacted] will be honest and fair. The mechanics are friendly and very good at their jobs. Mechanics Pride will not rip you off by recommending unneeded repairs. My truck is running as good as it did when I bought it 8 years ago. Great value for your money!
