The original refund check was never cashed by customer when refund was madeCustomer tried cashing check ONLY AFTER being informed that there was nothing more we could do for himThe account the original check was written on was closed at the beginning of April due to fraudulent activityCustomer called on 4/18/and a new check was issued without complaint and cleared our bank on the same dayWe in no way ruined the customer's financial status and take no responsibility for his personal account being overdrawnCustomer has been refunded for the repairsPlease see attached
