I will never buy a car made by this company, or any car from the Patrick familyI purchased a VW CC in I had plans to later trade it in for an AudiI was scammedAll literature and brochures, and online info, promised features being "standard" with all modelsWell, turns out - they were lyingThere were several on the lot which were missing at least one of the "luxury features, you'll find standard on all CC Models"Volkswagen is making its money using deceptive business practices, advertising, and overall provides a horrible customer experience When I contacted Patrick Volkswagen, or Patrick Motor Sales, whatever they choose to call themselves today they told me the window sticker didn't list the feature and it was up to me to read itEssentially, I was told to pound sandThey did offer to charge me over $to install an aftermarket version of the item The few times I have taken the car in for oil changes, maintenance, etcit has been quite an ordealI have sat in the waiting area upwards of an hour just waiting to be called to check in while all the service consultants are having coffee and chatting it up with each otherMy last oil change took hours from when I arrived to when I could leave I will never buy anything from any manufacturer under the VW umbrellaI tell everyone I know not to buy this brand, but if they must, do not under any circumstances buy a car from any Patrick Motors dealers as they are horrible!

What a fabulous experience! I traveled into town from Philadelphia to shop with my mother and sister to find my wedding dressI am NOT a happy shopper, but from the moment we walked in it was everything we could have hoped for (frankly, my expectations were low.)
As first time shoppers, xxxxx lead us on a quick tour and turned us loose! We were shocked to be allowed to touch and pull on a whim, but we quickly recovered and went every whichway, pulling and hangingxxxxx kept up with good humor and grace, pulling a few of her own recommendations
I dressed in a beautiful, full-sized room, and xxxxx waited patiently outside until I called for help, where we'd parade around the store for opinions (when I felt like leaving the room, which was more often than expected, considering I'm a plus-sized bride!)
We must have tried on dresses (and pulled a few dozen more)- even my mother found something appealing to her MOB tastes :) We ended up leaving the store to check out other options, but received no pressure, no sales pitch- nothing
Soon we regretted not asking the prices, but we were worried for nothingPrices were the best of anywhere we looked (even some at xxxxx, but that was a holy terror all on it's own)We went back to xxxxx "just to look one more time", and xxxxx let us stay in the room and try it again, and we walked out with an order!
Pictures allowed, touching the dresses allowed (why should I even have to post that as a perk?!), plus sized brides welcome- short of an endless champagne fountain, this place MUST be your first stop

I will never buy a car made by this company, or any car from the Patrick family. I purchased a VW CC in 2015. I had plans to later trade it in for an Audi. I was scammed. All literature and brochures, and online info, promised features being "standard" with all 2015 models. Well, turns out - they were lying. There were several on the lot which were missing at least one of the "4 luxury features, you'll find standard on all 2015 CC Models". Volkswagen is making its money using deceptive business practices, false advertising, and overall provides a horrible customer experience.

When I contacted Patrick Volkswagen, or Patrick Motor Sales, whatever they choose to call themselves today they told me the window sticker didn't list the feature and it was up to me to read it. Essentially, I was told to pound sand. They did offer to charge me over $1200 to install an aftermarket version of the item.

The few times I have taken the car in for oil changes, maintenance, etc. it has been quite an ordeal. I have sat in the waiting area upwards of an hour just waiting to be called to check in while all the service consultants are having coffee and chatting it up with each other. My last oil change took 3.5 hours from when I arrived to when I could leave.

I will never buy anything from any manufacturer under the VW umbrella. I tell everyone I know not to buy this brand, but if they must, do not under any circumstances buy a car from any Patrick Motors dealers as they are horrible!
