We received a letter for case # [redacted] for complaint from [redacted] *** This is how our billing systems works in which we send invoices to the patient and a letter and if no payment is received then it goes to our phone collections calling the patient for payment He has a balance with us of $ for invoice [redacted] in which is his deductible after insuranceThere is no actual collection agency which has reported this on his credit report but the balance is due to Med Air Homecare I have [redacted] the invoice, EOB, and status information on the collections of the $which has been paid and the $still due

I was refered by my physician 10/for [redacted] machine Then in February I was contacted by numerous other companies offering their services and could not understand why I then found out the Med-Air had gone out of business and gave all my contact information to their competitors because they were no longer servicing my account My physician's office told me and Med-Air that if they go out of business that the patient now owns the [redacted] machine and should not be billed To date Med-Air is continuing to send me bills and when I attempt to call them no one ever answers the phone, nor does anyone ever return my calls I also called the Tri-State Adjustments Inc (collection agency hired by Med-Air) to get a name of a person or Med-Air corporate or phone number and they advised they receive everything electronically and have no information to give I told them I refuse to pay any more invoices and that if I receive any more that they will be thrown in the trash

A week or two ago I received a phone call from a bill collector She claims I owe Med-Air Homecare $ I have received several bills from this company for $several times, and will pay it as soon as Med-Air bill accordinglyI have purchased supplies from them within the past days, and my account was paid in full at that time I have left voice mails for a manager or the general manager to call me - just last week, and no return call In the past there has been confusion also

us of $ 47.58 for invoice [redacted] in which is his deductible after insurance. There is no actual collection agency which has reported this on his credit report but the balance is due to Med Air Homecare.  I have [redacted] the invoice, EOB, and status information on the collections of the $29.04 which has been paid and the $47.58 still due.
