Concerning on [redacted] vehicle feel sorry that we could not fix her window but on April 12th there was the biggest hail storm recorded in the history of Texas so if you could imagine how busy every auto glass shop in San Antonio was there's only one major glass distributor in San Antonio there's other a couple of small ones are Distributing, company did tell us that the window was going to be on that day unfortunately it did not come in are distributor did not have an answer for us and we could not get mad because we knew they were trying their best help every Auto Glass Company San Antonio a lot of things could have gone wrong it could have sold it to another customer they could have ordered it late it could have gotten lost in the warehouse it could have been sent late from other Distributing companies in Texas where they were buying auto glass from sorry that she could not understand the situation but she was called that day a couple of times she did not answer when finally she got there to the shop she said oh my phone's out of battery a couple of days later she was given a phone call that we finally had her window and she never return our call

I am rejecting this response because: there is no apology but excusesThis is a little "mom and pop" shop that can't handle the influx of all the business they have acquired since the hail stormThe fact that they left my car in drivable( see photos) without any offer to fix my car or even get it back to its original conditionThe back window was shattered but it could still be driven because everything was in tactNo holes or openingIt was air tight because even when it rained, (after hail damage) there was no water getting InThe fact that I ordered the glass a week before and called the day before To make sure my glass was in stock as well as that morning when it was dropped off and told all three times they had it in stock is UNACCEPTABLE to be told a few hours later they didn't have itIf they cannot fix my window, via the mobile service and" right the wrong" they did.......I am requesting the companies Revdex.com ad's A plus rating be removed
