After two weeks of calling back and forth and calling the doc, this *** from this place calls this morning to leave a message they don't cover my husbands insuranceum since we are trying to get something to help in BREATHE at night this would have been helpful to know the FIRST DAY! do NOT work with these tools unless you want to waste your time with a bad attitude and lousy service that is

This company contacted me since I am Type diabeticThey stated I could get free supplies, so I agreedThey also stated that they would be no cost to me and they would accept what my insurance company paid them I haven't received any supplies since February of Now I am receiving a bill for $copayment dueI have tried calling and only get a voice mail to leave a message

Up until September of last year, I promptly got my CPAP suppliesI was supposed to be contacted in December of to set up a new order of CPAP supplies, that never happenedI put in an order for CPAP supplies in January of and waited for my CPAP supplies to comeThat never happenedI contacted Med-Care and I was told that they needed progress notes from my doctorThose were faxed the same day I made the request in JanuaryOnce again, I waited for my supplies to comeNow we get into February of Now they tell me they need a copy of my sleep study from my doctorI contacted my doctors office February to get this sleep study faxed to Med CareThey sent it that very dayI contacted Med Care the following day and I was told that the sleep study was not in their system and that it was most likely not scanned yet and to call them the end of that week Due to personal commitments, I was unable to cal Med Care until March 3, Upon calling them, their representative stated that they "still did not have my sleep study" I informed the rep that this sleep study had been faxed to them on the 17th of FebruaryThe rep stated that she would talk to the respiratory therapistWhen the rep came back to the phone, I was told that they did in fact have the sleep study and that I would have my supplies in seven daysFast forward to today March 17, I STILL have not gotten my suppliesI called Med Care and the rep once again states that they do not have my sleep study and I cannot get supplies until they get the sleep studyOnce again I inform the rep that the sleep study was faxed on February They I spoke with them last week, that they said they had my sleep study and that my order was supposed to be processed and that I should have received my suppliesAll of a sudden the rep states that my order is en route and that I should receive the order tomorrow March At this point, I do not believe themI think they are telling me what I want to hear so I will hang up and be another reps problemI think its time to go with someone else as I don't think I will ever get my CPAP supplies from these peopleHeck, they can't even file paperwork right

Horrible company! They got nothing correct! Taken 8+ weeks to return productsCustomer service people are extremely rude! They simply do not care!

This Florida office is soliciting patients as far away as Tennessee and possibly further. They clearly prey on elderly people. It is SCAM.

My husband and I are diabetics and this company was good for about a year. In february and last weeks shipment items that were needed were missing, for both of us. I called in February and another shipment was sent out with the missing items. I called last week in regards to the missing items and am still waiting for his syringes and alcohol swabs. As for me.. the sent me a new meter (unnecessary and unasked for) and no syringes.
I do not know what happened between Nov 2014 and February 2015.. but we can not afford to go without the diabetic supplies.
Needless to say that after a year with this company, I called to cancel both of our accounts with them today, and am hoping that, after reading a few of the reviews today, our insurance was not charged for the missing items. I do not know yet.

I am sick and tired of robo-calls from this company trying to solicit my business. I have asked them to stop, every way I can. Frankly, I wouldn't use these people for any purpose.

This company hypes that you will pay no out-of-pocket expenses, they accept whatever your insurance pays as payment in full. However, after asking me a few questions about my health, they sent me supplies/equipment totaling nearly $1,000. I do not use the equipment or supplies they sent and called them. I returned all to them and asked them to reimburse my insurance co. But it took several phone calls and talking to several different people at Med-Care to clarify the problem. Seems different staff I spoke to handled the situation differently, but neither had done it correctly. I assume they reimbursed my insurance company, but do not know for sure. I will contact my insurance company to find out. Now I find they have been charging my insurance company monthly for rental of that same equipment. According to Med-Care someone failed to put a stop on those charges. Golly! So, please read the statements (EOB) you get from your insurance company to make sure that Med-Care (who is notorious for poor insurance practices) or any other supplier is not falsely billing your insurance company for goods you do not need and do not receive. You and your insurance company both lose, Med-Care makes money. Go figure...
