***,As stated at time of you signing title , you were aware of warranty and you have a copy of it, and it does state not covered and what is covered.Well as disappointed as I am with how you handle your situation , it just shows you want something that is not part of the contactThis took me by surprise when I received this complaint and it is the only one in my year careerI take good care of my customers and have a huge loyal baseI understand some im not going to please, I guess you are one of them, which after the excellent and no pressure sales process I gave you,There will be no help from meDan ***Med City Motor Co

I am rejecting this response because: None of Mr. [redacted]’s statements about the warranty, etc., make any sense and he is not clear at all with what is covered or how to collect for the repairs.  No written documentation concerning any warranty was given to me.  I feel this “Extended Vehicle Protection Plans Explained” stamp on the contract is fraudulent.
