I'm a concern mother my disable daughter uses this service to get to and from adult daycare each day and they have continued to be late in dropping her off at home each dayI have called to center, transportation company, and caseworker to complain but nothing has been done they continue to drop her off late, they don't call me if they are going to be late I get no explanation in why this keep happening there is no reason my daughter should have to ride on a transportation van for an hour or more when I live close to the adult daycare facilityI believe people need to do more investigation on this company before requesting services from them

Med group is by far the worst specialized transport company I have ever had to deal withThey left one of my patients stranded at his dialysis center two Saturdays in a row! Unacceptable!!

We have received your complaint from August 18th, 2015 regarding the issues [redacted] hasencountered with Med Group Transportation. We understand how disappointing it must havebeen when their expectations are not met.We have implementing a system to correct the named issues and have addressed theimportance of professionalism and good customer service with our staff.A letter addressing the issues was mailed to [redacted] as well. Thank you for making usaware of the issues we need d to correct.Sincerely,
