I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at this time as potential employee took another job offer and is not interested in pursuing employment opportunity with our company anymore. The driver was informed about inconclusive drug test results few times and, according to his words, he tried to contact MedStop  more than 10 times. Nobody was answering the phone, and his voice messages were never returned. We accept MedStop answer at this moment as we lost contact with the driver and don't have telephone records to support his claim. I personally was witness of one call made to MedStop when driver made a call in my office in my presence. There were no answer.However I am not pleased with the conversation with Dr. [redacted] who twisted my complain about customer service to DOT drug screen procedures. My complain was about lack of customer service and did not question DOT drug screen rules.
