This patient was in a messaging discussion with a doctor about services and pricingThe doctor listed his pricing at $15,After two weeks of discussing, the patient indicated he was ready to move forwardSo, I called the doctor to ask if he was ready for me to actually book the patient's procedureThe doctor said yes, but that he would need to first check the hospital for pricing as the rates had increasedHe said it would likely be more like $17,So, I called the patient to apologize for the change in priceWhat the patient doesn't know is that I later contacted the doctor to request him to please respect the price he listed on the site, so as not to upset the patientThe doctor had agreedThen I see this message, before I even got a chance to speak with the patient to give him the newsI'm unclear as to why the patient is taking this to the Revdex.comI did not charge him one pennyI logged in over two hours of emails and phone calls with the patient to answer his hundreds of left-field questionsI did all that for freeI was working on his behalf to set him up, to be his advocateAnd now he complains? I'm astonished and believe this patient is misusing the Revdex.com system, which is created to prevent real abuse

This patient was in a messaging discussion with a doctor about services and pricing. The doctor listed his pricing at $15,000. After two weeks of discussing, the patient indicated he was ready to move forward. So, I called the doctor to ask if he was ready for me to actually book the patient's...

procedure. The doctor said yes, but that he would need to first check the hospital for pricing as the rates had increased. He said it would likely be more like $17,000. So, I called the patient to apologize for the change in price. What the patient doesn't know is that I later contacted the doctor to request him to please respect the price he listed on the site, so as not to upset the patient. The doctor had agreed. Then I see this message, before I even got a chance to speak with the patient to give him the news. I'm unclear as to why the patient is taking this to the Revdex.com. I did not charge him one penny. I logged in over two hours of emails and phone calls with the patient to answer his hundreds of left-field questions. I did all that for free. I was working on his behalf to set him up, to be his advocate. And now he complains? I'm astonished and believe this patient is misusing the Revdex.com system, which is created to prevent real abuse.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I appreciate you answering my questions, you must understand that there are many scams in the mail and on the internet. When company six days ago locks in a price at $15,000 for the costs associated with surgery and your companies referral services in writing and then calls you to tell you over the telephone that the doctor wants $2,500 more for his services, so that it is not in writing. It raises red flags as to the ethics of your business practices. News agency always tell consumers to be wary of such business practices. Although a transaction never occurred I prefer not to risk having a future billing problem for the services that your company has rendered. I am thankful for your prompt response, however, only 6 days ago you locked in the price, and you again tried to convince me to use another doctor in a more dangerous country. The country that I told you on several occasions that I did not want to have my surgery in, it's nick name is the "Murder Capital of the World," I had also told you that in said country I was almost kidnapped for taking pictures at a beach while wearing a Los Angeles Times film festival shirt, and you still tried to convince me in having my surgery there. I no longer have any trust in your company.
