We sent the correct product ordered at a discounted price We are not responsible where the item was shipped to Please return the items for a full refund if you are not satisfied

We did not substitute any product Customer requested special pricing on a gown and we accomidated Customer selected a veterinary gown because they were cheaper than the human use gowns We have both We are not responsible where the customer ships the gowns to and the
assumptions they made in so doing Situation was addressed by *** and ruled in our favor.Note: we are happy to issue full purchase price refund once they return the gowns to us
